Fit into a 💎💎💎 today but no 💎💎💎 Max to try.  I was fit to the 10.5 turned down -1.  I just wonder how the TD -1 compares to the TD Max at 9?

Picked one up from DD's golf today. I have a Ventus Blue TR to put in it. I also have 14, 8, 6, 5, and 4 the standard 10/4 weights to experiment with.

All else equal, would think the TD Max 9 would start the ball noticeably more left than what you were fit into.

Funny enough, the 8.5 is a TA-serial super special release along with the TD T woods. The 'standard special release' TD Max model has the 9 and 10.5 lofts on the Callaway website and are retail-marked F-serial heads.

Well I started this thread back in January of this year and finally got my hands on one for more than a couple swings i had back then.  Not a mega fan of the stock Denali, spin up in the 3400 range, which wasn't me intentions to use that shaft anyways, but I will say that it is  living up to some of the hype in my book. Took current gamer Tour AD VF in Paradym TD versus same shaft in Smoke Ai TD Max picked up 3mph ball speed with club head speed staying relatively the same. Spin up 300ish rpms with TD Max. Occasionally would blip up 1 mph in CHS.  9*  turned up 1* in both heads.

Got an 8.5 on the way to me now when I’ve been enjoying my standard td 8* just fine. I guess a little extra forgiveness never hurts though but time will tell

You can order through fairway golf USA. I've bought clubs from them before. Still have to pay gst on importing to nz

I'm rocking the 8 degree TD myself and am looking at the 8.5. Probably completely unnecessary but daggum it's tempting.
