It makes the grip more comfortable in a larger profile. Sometimes larger grips lock up the left hand too much. These would probably create a very natural release of the hands

Exactly what I was thinking!!  I use a claw grip but like a fairly standard size under my left hand and a larger profile under the claw.  I will definitely try one of these!

I still love my PING Fingerlock grip and switched to LHL a long time ago. Like mentioned above, I can see this really benefiting Claw grip and LHL overlap style grips.

I was thinking the same thing. If they toned down the script, it might help with the aesthetic critics.

Would be interesting to try as a LHL player. Hopefully they release something with better graphics tho!

Grpahics are no better or worse than any other specialty putter grips out there. Need to advertise.

I will be buying and trying the flat version. I like the concept. I putt conventional reverse overlap grip but best putting control for me is in my left (lead) hand and these are designed to emphasize that.

How about making a long version for those of us who use a broom putter, and like the idea of a larger grip for our lower hand.

On the Golfpride website they offer a 'Medium' or a 'Large' option for the pistol profile.  However the 'Large' is 1 gram lighter than the 'Medium' which doesn't make a ton of sense to me.

 

Anyone know the details on 'Medium' vs 'Large'?

Makes sense -- and do you think "Large" vs "Medium" refers to grip diameter or length (on the shaft)?
