No word of them in Memphis yet. Would like to think they send them here. Quite a few golfers in the area and one of the stores isn't far from Mississippi. So get more from there to get them here
None for either Memphis location right now.
No building actually has it on order right now/ or on hand (I did check this morning). When I look up region wise it lists only a few warehouses where the item is in their system. If it's in the building system it is a good chance they will receive a pallet at some point. Saw nothing for the MW or NW and I don't remember looking up NE. Bay Area, LA, and SD region(which includes AZ, Co, Hawaii), TX, and SE all had building listed. Tx only had W. Plano the other regions only had limited buildings. chances are most warehouse employees will have no idea about the ball or when it will arrive since nothing is on order as of yet. It just happened my Manager knows my love of the game.
Maybe disappointed, but they'll have $$ left over to buy balls that make them happy.

Went into my Costco on Saturday and they didn't have any. They're not sure exactly when they'll get them in but they should be receiving them. That's the Naperville store in Illinois FYI.

I wonder if the recycled golf ball companies are worried about this. $1.25 a ball is about what you pay for high quality urethane balls on those websites. And, assuming you pick your 2 dozen up at the warehouse, no shipping costs.

I didn't look today but nobody from the MW was suppose to be a test building. It wouldn't make sense in a business standpoint because you have no window to sell them.
I didn't look up Canada but it wouldn't make sense to test a summer sport item when Canada is going into winter.

I didnt bother to do any follow up today since I was busy but typically Monday the systems will update. As of my last check, nobody had any on order, which means nobody will have any in stock. It also means it's sort of difficult to look it up unless the person you ask is pretty good with our computer system. It works like this, depot gets it on order and store get their distribution amounts. Depending on the distance of the store to the distribution center, product gets to the store within 1-2 days after the distribution center receives their order. As soon as we get it, we put it out. I wouldn't worry about a store running out. It's not going to be limited. Remember, we're Costco. It will be at least a pallet, which means there will probably be 150-200qty on each board. If you're looking for specific areas, I'll look it up based on who is listed in the system. When depots have it on order I can update then too and you should start seeing it filter into the stores

Also we weren't told a specific date. Just October. Again since nobody even has it on order, it could be mid to late month.

Checked with an associate who is an employee of Costco and he confirmed that the Chicago area will get the ball. He followed up with his wife, who is also a Costco employee at the Bolingbrook location, and she said the ball was brought up in their Monday morning meeting so I would keep my eyes open and expect it sooner rather than later.
