Dang those look bada$$!!! I may put off my MP 20 purchase and just drop some of these in my MMCs! I really need to try something other than project x due to my elbows but I just cringe at the thought of a different iron shaft! I love me some 6.5s!

Thanks to @willpeoples for throwing these in my irons last week, picked up two extra wedge shafts to go in the new wedges when they come in. Thanks to @TrueTemper for finally releasing a black Project X shaft also! ;)

Its kind of hard to explain, I would say its a smooth matte like finish. I would compare it closely to the Black Onyx finish on the DG Tour issue shafts...its not at all like the KBS PVD shafts that have that glossy finish thats in the Spider putters. I dont know enough about the coatings to really explain it....just that they look really really good and at first glance look like they will be very durable.

Well the beauty of these shafts has me almost convinced to reshaft my MMCs and hold off another year or so for the MP 20s. It would be much cheaper in the long run!

I love the look of these but change of plans. I need to try something else. I have a set of 6.5 flex 3-pw, an extra wedge shaft, and 4ea 6.0 flex wedge shafts I need to dump now. If anyone is interested let me know!

Shoutout to Ted at Golf Central in Iowa, exceptional build quality on my set. I got em out this morning for a 75 with 2 penalties.

They look amazing, something about the contrast makes the heads look even better at address, so happy with this purchase.

Would love to read a long term review here. Want some HMP's but can't decide whether to custom order with standard chrome LZ or gamble on off the shelf blackout LZ. Thank you.

Got 26rounds (13 walking) and about the same number of range sessions in this season and nothing negative to report. The finish is quite durable and they are holding up well. I also play the 14way Mizuno Tour 21 stand bag, so everything stays separated. All in all glad I made this move as the shafts make the heads seem to frame the ball at address really nicely.

I have them in my T100S blacks, and they have held up very well so far (about 2months in bag/playing/range).  It is nothing like the older KBS or DG Onyx that used to chip.  Very smooth, very  matte and durable.
