Never understood why Dunlop/Srixon and Bridgestone didn't push to be more like Mizuno USA. Comprable irons and products, and to me more appealing than most OEMs in NA.

WOW. There is almost 100% agreement that these are fantastic looking. That is amazing. If Srixon dont release these in the USA and elsewhere besides Japan, then those in charge should be fired.

I was making a quick judgement on sole grind as that style is usually designed for someone who takes larger divots. Looks very similar to a "Sergio" grind that Kwok does for people on here. Always been my problem with playing blades/muscle backs, sharp leading edge in soft Florida conditions for a digger/driver like myself have never been able to stay in the bag for very long.

Here are the custom shaft options in Japan for '14 forgings:

The Cleveland 2014 custom options do include parallel and taper Aerotech SteelFibers. Not sure that's any help though for Srixons this year in NA.

Srixon/Cleveland are a great combo company.
Srixon irons continue to rank high in Pearsall's estimation.

Funny how they are returning to the cambered sole seen A while back on the first ZTXs.

I think they are selling Cleveland short aiming at low end. IMO the Cleveland 588 range competes quite evenly with Titleist right across the range, with the possible exception of the 588 TT being right in between AP1 and AP2. But the forged CB and MB look every bit as good as the Titleist forgings, and from what I've heard stack up performance wise too. Sure Srixon can aim at the ultra top end, but they shouldn't downgrade Cleveland doing it.
