Clubs in sig...though they aren't quite right. Car is 2007 Ford Explorer. 2 kids (4 and 1), payment is low and not terrible on gas, though not great.

Big dent in the side for character. I was hauling a trailer back from the lake for my inlaws that is entirely too big and heavy for my car (father in law had to bring it to me on flat land as I couldn't pull a hill with it lol). Backing it in a tight spot like I had done many times before, then my foot slipped off the break and hit the gas...the rest is history. I'd post a picture but she's covered in salt right now from the recent snow/ice.

Clubs are in my sig.

My car is like a trusty 3w, it works and I'm afraid if I get something new I'll regret it. I have an Infiniti G35x with 140k on it. We also have a 2015 Lexus RX.

I have 18 months on my student loans and then the car situation is likely to change. Probably looking at either a Jaguar F-Pace or a Porsche Macan.

Lucky you. I cry myself to sleep sometimes thinking about my student loans. It's like a nightmare that never ends.

All the credit goes to the wifey. She's had a plan and kept us on track to pay off $160k of loans, in less than 6 years. (Edit: those were just mine. With her loans it is more like $230k in 7 years.) Although, our monthly loan payment has vastly exceeded our mortgage every month during that time.

I applaud :clapping: both of you for paying them off!

This thread may come in handy when someone driving a Porsche or BMW is trying to nickel and dime me on the BST.

Clubs are in my signature - I'm basically a Ping guy. I drive a Toyota Tundra. Apparently durability and resale value are important to me.

If someone has the financial resources to driver either or both those cars, they have resources because they watch their nickels and dimes. Study's show, five years after people win the lottery, they are likely close to, if not broke. Just my 2cents. :beach:

Current car is Alfa Romeo Giulietta...car that I have enjoyed driving the most and I've had a few.

Change cars more often than clubs. Mazda6, 2x BMW 1-Series, Kia C'eed, Fiat Bravo, Skoda Octavia...that's just the last 5 years.

Pretty self-explanatory, I would like other's to chime in. And maybe a short reason why they drive what they drive. Some equipment as it relates to car research!

I keep reading on different threads how people wouldn't pay the $300+ per club PXG, and how it is the Lamborghini of clubs, or how PXG users also drive status symbol Ferrari's. I don't necessarily think that is the case. While there maybe some price correlation, I don't necessarily think there's a status symbol or performance correlation. Only way to find out, is to take a sample!

Plus, it would be interesting to see if there are other significant results or outliers. Are classic club users more likely to use a dependable 4 door sedan? Are mizuno users more likely to own a Japanese car? Are Adams users more likely to own a Buick?

If you want to turn this into a PXG debate, feel free. But I am more interested in everyone's responses and comments on the main topic! Thanks!

I bet you got a lot of that from one of the threads I started on pxg. I have one set of Miura 501 and a set of ap2 with bettinardi putter...I drive a 08 Honda Accord

Maybe a more revealing thread would be "what kind of clubs do you use and what kind of wife do you have?"

Guaranteed the PXG guys have trophy wives, and the Ping guys well, let's just say function over form and leave it at that.
