So is the green fee for the playing lesson part of the total fee or is that extra?

Extra.

My fee is $350/$450 for 2/3 days.

Range and green fees are always around $50 per day.

All "tips" are welcome. Instruction not desired.

Monte, do you think it's possible to get a Google Sheets going where you could check off locations where people have sent in deposits for.

I think if people see that for example "Chicago" has 6 deposits, they may be more likely to send in theirs because they see it's close to the 8 needed.

That and we won't get people asking how many deposits have been sent in constantly.

I'll post it here

Chicago is at 8 and I'm going to set a date.

Orlando and Phoenix are at 7, so I'm going to move forward as they are coming up in January and February.

Right now Orlando will be January 28-30 with venue TBD

Phoenix is February 18-20 or 25-27. Going to check with those who made deposits and see which is better.

Chicago likely first week of May.

I would like to have San Jose, Paciifc NW, Atlanta or Dallas in March, so I need one of those groups to separate.

Most only have 2-3. People want dates before they commit even though deposit is refundable...but I understand that.

All "tips" are welcome. Instruction not desired.

@MonteScheinblum .. are you planning to hold a clinic in the NY/NJ area next year ?

Yes. Funny enough no one has signed up yet, but the same thing happened last year. Knowing people would come, as soon as I made a date, 18 people signed up.

How many have committed to Melbourne monte?

3 or 4 including you.

If you don't get a full roster for NJ, you're still going to hold it? Would be cool to have only 3 or 4 people instead of 8+.

If there were on,y 3-4 I couldnt come. I'd barely pay my travel expenses. Actually 8 isn't enough, but once I get 8 and set the dates, people fill in.

I'm sure you understand it's a business decision. I enjoy doing these schools, but in order to make it worth my while to travel across the country and leave my lesson tee and children, I have to make more than I would have if I just stayed home.

Have you had much interest in Las Vegas? I live in Denver (I doubt you have much interest from here unfortunately), but have family in Vegas so I could make that trip fairly easily.

For whatever it's worth thaar, would love if Monte did a Denver area clinic. (We are in Greeley, so Denver or Fort Collins/Boulder would be great too). If Monte someday did something in CO, I and my brother would be a +2 for that clinic.

Wish we could find a way to make it to Phoenix, but doesn't look like the wallet is going to agree this year sadly.

Nice! I'll throw a post in the Rockies forum to see if I can garner some interest. It would definitely be cheaper than me flying somewhere!

Why can't Chicago be in Feb? lol :russian_roulette:

Sorry, the snow does things to my mind.

If you need assistance in locking down/scoping out a location (really anything), I'm happy to help pitch in.

Where was the Chicago location last year?

I am singed up, cant wait looking forward to it.

Usually at Green Valley in Hanover Park but last year was moved to Top Golf in Naperville due a conflict.

I'll love to see Monte blast one in that thin air. I'll see if my father in law is interested he lives in CO.

Sweet! May be getting some traction!
