How to rid tee marks

What methods do you guys use to clean Driver face and sole of tee marks

Tee marks are basically the paint on the wooden tee rubbed off during the impact. Any "mild" solvent will do the cleaning.

 

I would try rubbing it lightly with a microfiber cloth with just water sometimes a dab of car wax if needed. I would always clean it up with water and mild soap if solvent is used. Be very careful when cleaning the surface with finishing on it. You don't want to apply additional abrasion if not necessary.

 

If it's raw titanium without finishing, I would use a wet green scotch brite pad running it the same direction as the grin of the metal.

Buy one of those mesh covered sponges made for removing bugs from your windshield. Little soap and water and everything comes right off.

I mostly use plastic tees, but I also mostly don't give a s*** what the face of my driver looks like since I can't see it

Dishwashing soap on a wet toothbrush does the trick as well. Same method for cleaning clubs.

I agree with the plastic tees. No marks and long lasting.

Plastic tees. The bain of greens superintendents. Hard on mower blades and not biodegradable.

Same, getting marks with plastic tees as well (but they can be rubbed off). That said, I came across Brush Tees recently. In theory, these should leave no marks at all (as long as your miss isn't really up/down which would mean you wouldn't be hitting only the brush part of the tee)?
