I was bullish on Noren till I saw the hybrid used from 220 or so on 18th 1st time round. Day was firing the irons better.Not super surprised hearing that Day ended it fast.

 

 

Eh. Day didn’t really end it fast. He blew his drive way right. No choice but to layup. Then hit a full lob wedge. They are expected to make birdie on that hole. To have blown us away and say he ended it would have took an eagle over a birdie. Not a birdie over a bogey. So to the field a par won.

Red is where the ball crossed. The line I drew seems to be where "in line" would mean. The yellow is where he played from. It doesn't intersect where the ball entered the hazard at all. I don't get it. Please explain it to me.

Yeah I'm not seeing the problem with the drop. They had it marked off before Day even hit his 3rd, you saw one of the officials go up to exactly where the ball went in the water so that Noren could already get his line for his drop.

thought he was more of a Day type when he hold the club up in the air as he step towards the ball....like more seeing the shot then going through mechanics
