Yeah I was a bit disappointed to see Sunday pics Part 1 and Part 2 with quite a few of these drivers in tour bags but yet no pics of the heads....

Top line is a huge question for me on this one. Just as long as they didn't go Wilson DvD on it, it should be fine though.

 

Because of all the hate Titleist drivers get for their so called extra spin, I was curious to see how many wins they had on tour last year. I know, I know, this all comes down to who pays more to put their sticks in the pro's bag, but they still have to get the job done with it right? For all the hype the Epic driver's had, they were beat by Titleist. The Epic didn't even get a major last year, while Titleist and Taylormade both got two. I don't bring this up to say that any brand is better than the next, but just to say that it's more likely you than the club when it comes to all the negatives seen in a golf club. Titleist woods can more than get the job done.

Now will the release date be the usual November or earlier in August. If they are truly a product that finally was designed to be the “ best” driver, maybe they want to break the mold of the old 9xxD series including release date. It always seemed they were content to just improve from the previous model rather than better than the other OEMs.

Is this the first time that Titleist has two different designs for both of their drivers? Same weighting from the 917 on the TS3 and 915 weight style on the TS2.

I'm guessing '2' is the one on the left. More stretched out front to back. '3' is typically more pear shaped with a slightly taller face.

Agreed! The 2 does look very stretched, similar to the 915D2 head shape.
