I've played an aldila nv for so long I could put that shaft in anything and play it. But the ping tour spec has been around for a while and its producing great results for me.

Not quite 4+ years old, but I've used the Cobra made-for Black Tie 65M4 in my F6, F7 and now F8+... unless I do a fitting (which I would like to) that shows some notable improvement, it probably won't go anywhere as long as the MyFly8 adapter stays the same (and even then might stick around if it does change).

I had been playing a Grafalloy ProLaunch Platinum in my M2, but just received my M3 440 with a HZRDUS Black 6.0 62g. Definitely hits the ball on a lower plane. Will definitely try the ProLaunch in the M3 at some point.

 

I have an Aldila NV 85X in my 2016 M2 3HL. I have put that shaft into every 3 wood since 2006. Crazy that they have been making the NV since 2003! Probably the best selling graphite shaft ever. I have a strange love for that green.

It’s not a driver but my Callaway XR 16 Pro 5 wood has a Grafalloy Prolaunch Red in it. Great setup for a old shaft. Good control and boring flight.

I’ve been playing a Fubuki K60 in my Nike VR-S... it’s been that combo where you feel confident when you have to pipe one down the FW... just popped it in an M1 207... taking it for a test drive tomorrow... also an F6M2 has been solid in it

White and Grey/Silver Aldila RIP Beta Green Eyes 60S Tipped 1/2” playing 44.75 in my TM M4 and was also in my Mizuno ST180. Not a lot of cash and really just works well.

 

Going to be interesting to see if it stays when my fitting happens next week for the new Mizuno ST190 and an Accra TZ6 Proto I have had my eyes on.
