They’re great balls, they’ll get to you when they get there. You’re in Minnesnowta anyway, you’re not playing for months and haven’t played for weeks now. Plus it’s FOUR balls.

They weren't free.

 

How much did they cost, in US or another currency? Volunteering your time, volunteering info, for a voluntary survey......for 4....4 balls that still came/are coming..

If you didnt do email promo why are yall in this thread? I agree it is only four balls, but that is what was promised for their survey. Not everybody qualified, so they were after specific info.. id say that is well worth the 4 balls they kikn down.

As has been stated previously, I don't think this can be classified as a FREE product since there was a small time commitment (15 minutes) and personal input given. Taylormade should not have stated that the balls would be shipped by the end of October if they knew they could not fulfill their end of the deal. My past experince with TaylorMade promotions has been a bit dicey, I qualified for a dozen Project a balls...they sent me 2 sleeves. I won't waste my time pestering TM on social media, but this situation certainly won't make me want to rush out and support the brand either.

As I've said, I'm open to an education. Someone please provide a thorough argument as to why this is FREE product. Lamkin gave away grips earlier this fall for what I would consider FREE.

 

I really could care less about the balls at this point. As others have pointed out, it's 4 balls.

 

It's the attitudes about this that I can not grasp. TM promised a time frame and didn't deliver. Those of us who completed the survey and provided rather personal information did not set the expectations about timing, they did.

 

Looking for perspective but the "quit b-tching" response isn't really providing it as that's not a real argument.

Taylormade: See the pattern now? Have them take a survey, offer a few free balls, and say they'll get them by the end of the month. Then just sit back and watch. They pick the most dangerous enemy they can find, and it's themselves. This forum is full of Maple Streets.

I didn't get the project (a) balls either, which is why I think the top management (or whoever it was) that thought this most recent effort up, should have thought a little harder

So it realistically took 5 minutes of your time that you would’ve been on this site browsing the BST. It actually probably saved you money as it was 5 minutes you couldn’t make a purchase you didn’t need.

So for most you got, yes, FREE balls and also saved money and more grief from your spouse.

Email said they would ship in December. Love TM balls but the only TP5's I've played have been ones I've found, just about out of the Tour Preferred balls. Thanks TM!

just a heads up my balls were delivered this morning and i got 5 balls not four and in a pretty cool package.... even though it took a little longer than expected to get them I am totally cool with trading 15 minutes of my time to do the survey, in exchange for some nice looking golfballs… unfortunately it will be at least 4 month til I can try them out.

Right? The few acting as if a few minutes of free time is billable, like they are Johnny Cochran LOL. You chose to take a few minutes, fill out a survey, enter some information, and for those few minutes that you'd be sitting around doing squat anyway you get some golf balls. Those harping on private information, if you've ever ordered from TM or Adidas prior, they already had it....and the questions about it, you dont have to answer correctly.

 

Complaining that your time is valuable, then in the same breath taking more of your valuable time to blow them up on social media about 4 balls, then taking more free time to publicly inform others you did so bwahhaha, peeps are fickle.

 

Got my tracking, and my free balls are incoming......Thank you Taylormade, and I hope the nuisance of a few, doesn't mean theyll do less of these in the future.
