Well that is the other problem with lessons. I know plenty of teachers and pros and interns alike and they all say the same thing. If you purchase one lesson, say an introductory lesson, and tell your instructor your problem and what you wanna get away with. A one time instructor could screw you up so bad that you'll never go back and be stuck with the same problem or even a new one as well. Instructors know when to implement a quick fix or understand if there is going to be follow up.

Here is where the planemate comes into play. Now, I recommend a good trend that I've seen on IG, take a before and after video with the planemate. You'll see a difference.

I've finally got to the range to go through protocols today. Few shots on and off only going from club parallel to club parallel. I immediately noticed an extreme lacking of effort to get those partial shots out there to 60, 80 and 100 yards. That is very promising. The big muscles are working a lot less and getting much more out of the swing.

Another thing noticed is the impact on the club face and wear marks specifically being maybe 2 or 3 grooves lower in the club face. Flippers can have a higher ball flight and less length when they stop rotating and the hands get their momentum carrying.

Thus far, I'm impressed. It's a long road to travel, though. My new swing action has shades of pros with a steep backswing, shallow and low exit with good compression and balance. My only reservation is that I am leaking to the right a little bit with longer irons. Undoubtedly, wrist conditions or a setup issue but, 1 step at a time.

Well I thought I was making progress because I feel as though I keep the tension going back, and then get through and the band doesn’t get caught up and my hands are left. I videoed myself and I almost threw up. Even with it on, roll it inside stall flip standing almost straight up at impact but somehow can cheat where the band doesn’t get flipped under. Really disappointed as this is only a half wedge and feel I look worse than when I started.

It’s almost as if I half flip at impact and the band and handle create a wedge after impact again. My brain is very smart haha because that’s the finish. I understand it’s been only a few days and not expecting Rory on video but at least I thought the takeaway would look better. Oh well just going to grind this out. With mirror vision and no ball it looks pretty good. Put the ball there and it’s the same old crap move!

ive always had a weird move where I stall flip but can still get low point with irons 2-3 inches in front of the ball with a nice divot which supposedly isn’t supposed to happen. With driver this move just kills my game thus ordering the planemate!

I’ve been using mine for a few days now. One thing I find is with the band off but shortly after using it the “ghost arms” thing makes my backswing better but then want to throw the club way outside in transition (half wedge swings). Today is protocol 4 which I think really accentuates the relax move. I wonder if that’s why at speed the relax move is only very small.

There is a part of me that is worried this will leave me in limbo between two swings. My chipping and pitching move feels leagues better already though. Hopefully full swing will be the same

Played a round today with the feels still in tact from a range session yesterday. The real magic of the planemate sticks with you on the chipping motion and full swing. I was missing some shots but noticed my arms felt like they were lacking structure. Incorporated that and it was another game. Shaved 6 strokes off the back 9 from the front. Lots of better situations. My putting isn't great so that is another adventure.

Hey everyone quick question here. How long are the bands and any idea what tension they are? (5lb,10lb etc.)

Sorry if this has been asked and answered. Spent about an hour reading through this post looking for this info, but this thing is so darn long it might take me 2 days to read it all.

Can't wait to get one, looks like the results are amazing! Keep the good Info coming!

If I don’t get far enough left with my finish, I leave it out to the right. Very similar to the issue when working with the Power Package.

I’m hitting mine slightly left because of path, nothing to do with being steep I’m simply not getting the club in the right spot. When I say left I’m talking 4-5 feet of my target.

That wasn’t me above amigo. Pay more attention to details and read. I never said I was 15-20 yards. Just agreed I’m missing left so far.
