Since adding i210s to the bag I've shot 73, 72 and 70 on 3 totally different courses considering playing style and condition...

 

14,12 and 14 GIR's driving it nicely hitting 21/22 drivers the last 2 rds.....making 5 birdies each of those rounds

I shot an 86.  How I shot it was, let's say, irregular.

I missed a 3 foot putt on 18 that would’ve given me 99 and would’ve been first time under 100, but I had to settle for 100 on the nose. 
 

The 11 on 3 (par 4), the 9 on 13 (par 5) and the 7 on 16 (par 3) did me in.

finally broke 90 yesterday with an 88 while having to grind because nothing was working for me besides the irons. And my strength is usually off the tee. I only started taking golf seriously this year so it was nice to finally break the barrier. Now to continue the work so I can break 80.

73 yesterday. Probably the "worst" 73 I've ever had in terms of ball striking, especially off the tee. I guess I should be proud that I managed to turn what felt like an 80 into a 73, but man was it a slog at times.

Finally broke par on Sunday at Haggin Oaks in Sacramento!  Playing to a 4.8 hcp right now, and I played with a customer and a guy who works for me.  Granted, we shifted up and played from 6100y (basically white tees), I shot a 71 with 5 birdies and 4 bogies.  Truly not a tough course, but still had to hit shots and keep my mental side in check.

 

It really opened my eyes and mental state that I CAN break par and I am excited to do it again back at my standard tees.

105 at Serrezuela Country Club - Colombia - South America. First time at that course, but usual score for me.

The more I play, the worse I get.  Scores keep going up and up, and penalty strokes are killing me.

116 on a new course. I couldn’t keep the ball in the fairway and found water a couple times.  Add that with a couple of last balls and my wife wanting to talk to me when I’m about to swing made for a frustrating day. The burger afterwards was delicious though.

79. Didn't hit many fairways. 4 chip out sideways never helps. Course dried out and greens have had first real low cut. On a positive excellent company and glorious weather.

I tied my ATL and shot a 74. 3 birdies on the front for 35 but a bogey and a double on the back for a 39. First time I ever beat my buddy as he shot a 75.  Scorecard is now in my home office on tucked into the picture frame of the layout of Augusta National.

Teed off at 5:30am and shanked my opening drive into the trees on the right, had to punch back out and finished with a double bogey.  Shot 38 on the front.  2 more bogeys and 2 birds.  Pulled my drive OB on 11, still managed a bogey (should have been a birdie) and shot 38 on the back.  Landed my approach from 140 out literally in the cup on 13 but it popped out took a wicked hop straight left, then 2 putted for par from 10 feet.  Did my best to repair the hole.  Big dent on the edge where the ball landed.  That's golf.  Sometimes it works out, sometimes it doesn't.

 

Really crowded this morning.  Glad I was in the first group of the day.  It's supposed to hit 100 today though it's only 90 out right now.  I guess we weren't the only ones who wanted to get a round in before it got miserably hot.  Usually it's fairly quiet Saturday mornings until about 8:30-9:00.  Nobody rolling in when we finished at 8:45 but lots of people on the course and the parking lot was packed.  First two holes didn't appear to have any golfers so I'm guessing it was all early tee times.

5 Birds, 3 bogey's and a stupid double. 

 

Won my match by 2 strokes on 17.  ( I play to 1.6, he is a 2.9) 

 

We both birdied every par 5 on the course...most fun I have had golfing this season.

60 - my lowest score ever! Too bad it was only on 15 holes cause we played behind a group of clowns that had us at a 6 hour pace, and I couldn't take it any more. Logged a 72 (even) on the round for handicap purposes, but annoying cause I often birdie 18 (a par 5). Oh well - great day of ball striking / putting regardless.

Shot 74 with 5 birds.. super windy super fast greens.  Not my best score but i felt i played the best round i played in couple years

69 with 3 birdies and an eagle.  Best I’ve hit the ball and rolled it all year,  rare I can put those two together.   Dropped my handicap to a +1.2 for the first time since college.

The pattern continues.  The good news is my slice isn't as prevalent as it was early in the season, the bad news is that while my shots go straighter, I apparently can't aim and I'm getting less distance off the tees.

72/74 this week.  
 

played the back 9 on my home course two under for the week and the front 9 4 over.  
 

Need to actually warm up properly and not take 6 holes to remember how to play and fix my wedge game which I give a 1 out of 5 stars right now.  😒

69/77/78 for the scores this week. 

 

69 - First time shooting under par on a short Dallas muni course (Stevens Park), but still a great feeling regardless. 

77 - Regular round out at my usual TPC Las Colinas (Four Seasons) Played well, just couldn't hit a green in reg. 

78 - Cedar Crest Golf course - Hoping to hop into the Dallas Am qualifier at this Dallas muni. Decent showings this week considering I am coming off a herniated disc injury in the lower back.

126. I tried bringing my driver out again as I have been working on it. I did hit 3 good drives. Unfortunately one was after an OB. To make matters worse, it was my worst putting day, maybe ever (49 putts).  
 

I did enjoy being out there despite my poor play.  Hitting the couple good driver shots, felt good after not using a wood for the last several rounds.

88 on Saturday with winds up to 34 so I was happy. I have been trying to work on the mental game as much as the physical game this year. I was happy for the most part that I stuck to my routine on 16 out of 18 holes.

77 Yesterday.

 

Course was playing 7100 Yards. 

 

Drove the ball well below average, irons were on POINT though and I could not drop a putt all day. Maybe 2 over 6 feet all day...

 

but it was good to see myself managing the course better and scoring well even on a day when everything was not coming together.

113 on saturday and 102 on sunday. Around 90% fairways hit but bad approach shots

Lowest 18 hole score ever for me!
 

Played a course with very small greens, hit 8 greens in reg and 8 fairways in reg. Got up and down a ton. Made a lot of 4-6 footers.

 

3 bogeys and 2 birdies on the day

 

If the thought of the score I could potentially shoot didn't creep into my mind on the 18th tee, I think I would've shot a 71.

 

Nonetheless I will take it! Great day all in all!
