My current diet plan

I do eat meat and seafood.  Did you read the thread?  I eat pasta with chicken and tomato sauce at lunch and seafood (crab meat and shrimp in the sushi) for dinner.  The lentil soup also has chicken and other vegetable in it.  Lentil has lot of protein too.  There are plenty of protein in my diet.  My mother only purchases organic food.

What I am eating is no different than what Novak Djokovic eat, and Djokovic does not eat meat or seafood anymore, strictly plant-based diet.  I have plenty of fiber in my daily diet, with 3 avocados everyday.

The OJ I am drinking is the peeled orange put into the blender, so it is like eating a whole orange where I get all the pulp and fiber from the orange.  I don't drink Tropicana OJ.  My current diet plan is approved by both my family physician, another physician at John Hopkins where my mother used to work, a nutritionist at John Hopkins, and most importantly, my mother.  It is great to have a mother looking out for my healthy life style with the father footing the bill 😀.

I did some researchs on PGA golfers height and weight:

Rory Mcilroy:  5 ft 9' and 161 lbs

Justin Thomas:  5 ft 10' and 160 lbs

I am 5 ft 11' and currently 172 lbs and I've been on this diet plan for the past 18 months.  I used to be 180 lbs.  I lost 8 lbs and feel so much lighter and stronger.

I never said you don't get enough fiber in your meal.  It's what I do for my clients.  And yes I read your diet plan.  I think you're being way too sensitive here., so chill  I was trying to help, kid.  It's called constructive criticism and the sooner you learn to embrace it, the better your life will be.  Yes you're eating healthy and organic which is great, but it's better to go a little over rather than not enough protein.  You do you.

Zalatoris and the OPs mum are both WF alum and had a great lunch together, it's obvious Zalatoris is going to help him get on the golf team and as such he now idolizes him. Get with the program!

this is a solid connect-the-dots on three amazing threads. bravo.

More likely a rich, pampered kid who’s been sheltered enough to develop a meaningful level of naïveté.

I didn't want to say it, but I'm leaning that way as well.  I was in his shoes once.  Then life hit me like a ton of bricks in my 20's.  I'm a better man for it now.

I thought it was obvious, Zalatoris is clearly one of the future superstars of golf. It would make a ton of sense for his mum to curate his diet to mimic that body type. It's a recipe for success that will translate to the boardroom after golf, european tailored suits favor the slim.

No offense to your mother but this looks like a healthy diet designed by someone educated in the 80s. OJ is just sugar, there's no beef, egg yolks are great for you, and Idk what the point of gluten free pasta is if you're already starting the day w a bunch of bread

Agree.  This is fairly laughable though it is miles ahead of the SAD.

Also lol nutritionists if this is what they are coming up with.

Maybe it’s Erik van rooyens brother. Sounds like this kid could rock joggers with no issue

I went to a nutritionist about 5 years ago.  Her plan was for me to have 3 meals and 2-3 snacks per day.  With each meal she wanted what she called 'C, F & P.'  That's at least 1 complex carb, 1 health fat and 1 protein.  And she recommended at least 1 fruit or vegetable to go with it unless I already with the meal.  I can't remember how we are supposed to do the snacks.

Snacks can go either way.  Either protein/fat or protein and a little bit of carb.  For my snacks I like to go the protein/fat route.  Having your insulin levels constantly elevated is never a good thing.

I would lose 50 pounds on that diet, cause I don’t like any of that stuff.  At 19, my 2000 calorie diet was 20 Miller Lites.

I am glad I am not fully assimilated into the American system because:

According to data from the National Health and Nutrition Examination Survey (NHANES):

  • More than 1 in 3 adults were considered to be overweight.
  • More than 2 in 3 adults were considered to be overweight or have obesity.
  • More than 1 in 3 adults were considered to have obesity.
  • About 1 in 13 adults were considered to have extreme obesity.
  • About 1 in 6 children and adolescents ages 2 to 19 were considered to have obesity

I'll be fine at 5'11" and 172 lbs.  I am so grateful that my mother is taking very good care of my health.

I'd be dead before lunch.  I'm allergic to that healthy stuff for breakfast.  Seriously.  I could eat the lunch without the smoothie and the lentil soup.

What color socks did she pick out for you this morning?

BTW, women love men who let their moms pick out their food for them.
