Kind of what I was thinking but I was afraid to say it in this forum. Lol. However if there is a moderate increase in the performance I would get them.

totally agree on the point that the i210's look better. I'm currently in turmoil as far as my gear goes, so no telling what will happen with my i210's, but I'll keep them over buying the new i230's. The i210's are the best cast clubs there are, and they're even better than some one piece forgings. i230 has a lot to live up to.

i-series are always funny. At the start, I always think "meh, last iteration looked better" but once I have them in hand, they look well. As if Ping has some magic dust to sprinkle over the finished product =D

I've owned two sets of i210s and the only negative was bag appeal.  I personally can't wait for an update on looks.

I feel like bag appeal is Ping’s only issue, their clubs have ridiculous performance but I skip almost all ping WITB pictures unless they have some sick vokeys in them.

I think Blueprints are some of the best looking irons ever made.  Agree with you on the rest. 

I525s and i59s are heading in the right direction.

Usually long hosels equate to slightly lower ball flight. I can’t say this one looks especially long though.

It's probably the least important thing to worry about. Maybe Ping made it a tiny % longer because of whatever it is they have going on with that cartridge that goes through the club. Ping wouldn't do it if it negatively impacted performance.

Who am I kidding, I’ll probably pre-order a set 7-U. My i210’s are a true unicorn. I am sure Ping would not release the next generation if they were not a little bit better. Plus I’ve been using these for several years and wouldn’t mind a cuter, younger looking model. I’m talking about the golf clubs. Lol.

That's the first pic where I've seen the heel, and there's no screw / entry on the back. Makes me wonder if a) there is a rod, and b) whether it's accessed by the toe screw. ¯\_(ツ)_/¯
