Discount Dans Golf - I'm Impressed

I've seen a number of positive reviews of Discount Dans on GolfWRX, so I thought I would give them a chance.  I must say, I'm impressed and can see why there are so many positive reviews. 

 

First of all, they are very responsive.  I sent an email inquiring about the cost of a Srixon fairway wood.  I received a prompt response and the price was very good.  So, I placed my order using their easy to use order form. 

 

After I placed my order, but before I received an email confirmation of my order, I received an email (now that I'm on their email list) advertising their May golf sale which gave a discount on orders over a certain dollar amount.  Since I didn't know about it when I ordered and obviously didn't have the code for the sale, I was not expecting to get the discount.  However, not long after I got that email, I received my order confirmation which included the appropriate discount off the quoted price.  I didn't ask for it.  They just decided to include it.  That to me is impressive customer service and is how you build customer loyalty.

I had heard a lot of DD but never dealt with them until late last year when I placed a couple orders for PXG's. I was also extremely impressed with them, their services and pricing really couldn't get any better. I am very glad that I did get the chance to do business with them.

Todd can be a whiny pushy little ***** always in a rush, never wants to answer a single question and just wants your CC info. Thankfully, Adam is the exact opposite. They won’t or can’t budge on the new Scotty’s but no sales tax is something I guess.
