Who’s still loving odyssey 2 ball?

I’ve had the original odyssey 2 ball with the tour line professionally put on for probably 3-4 years now and I can’t ever seem to move away from it. I feel like it’s pretty hard to putt bad with it lol so easy to align. I hate using a line on the ball when putting so anything else just seems way harder to align properly. 

 

Been thinking about either putting a stroke lab shaft in it or just buying the “new” OG 2 ball and getting a line put on it.

I don't go through putters like the Jets do QBs but am very satisfied with my first ever 2 ball (10 tour lined model with SL shaft). The original curved design look never did it for me but the alignment confidence I feel with the 2 ball is unquestionable.

 

I pick up some of my old time putters to compare and I can't believe I used them (Gentle Ben in High School, then Ping Anser 2 for decades). Past few years EXO Rossie as I joined the mallet style era.

White Hot OG 2-Ball still in the bag and loving it. Hard to not align it correctly. Great distance control and the sound and feel of the insert is nice. 
Had the EXO 7 before (Kisners putter) and somehow had bad distance control. 
 

I don’t like the room it takes up in my Sun Mountain 14-slot bag, always fighting with driver and wood next to it.

I still have the original White Hot 2-ball.  Haven’t used it in eons, but it is a great putter.  It’s gotten lost in my gaggle of putters, but I might pick it back up for a day!

The Jets are one of the OG members on the QB WRX forums, obviously. They're only one or two more misses away from just ordering DTC body parts and building their own QB.

Dicks has the Triple Track 2 ball on sale for $200, regularly $250 if you want a jumbo grip and alignment line.

 

I just bought a vintage OG 2 ball blade.  Combines the alignment of the 2 ball with the feel of a blade.

Still use my white hot two ball from time to time. Great putter if you just need to work on simplicity. Straight back…straight through!

I got a white hot OG this year. Anytime I picked one up I just seemed to be able to line it up so well. On the course it seems to prove true. I am always starting on my intended line (whether or not it's the right line and the right pace is another story). I've messed with a few different grips. I went with the steel shaft because I had a strokelab 7 prior and just didn't care for the counter balance of it. I love to change putters but I can't find one worth kicking this one out of the bag for right now.

my original white hot 2 ball, is always in rotation once it gets back in the bag it is in for a while they just preform

My old man is just starting the game and knowing his sight is not the best I found him an original white hot 2 ball blade for ease of lining it up and he loves it. Had him try my betti mallet and he couldn’t line it up.

Likewise. I recently had it regripped with a SuperStroke Traxion Tour 2.0 and occasionally alternate it with my White Hot OG Stroke Lab #7. Great putter which is easy to align.

I have a Two Ball blade with Triple Track and it's a great putter.  I should probably use it more than I do.  However, they just aerated our greens, so it doesn't matter what flatstick you're using right now.  It's pretty much like playing Plinko on the greens. 🤣

I still have an original White Hot 2-Ball in the bag that I got for Father's Day when my wife was pregnant with my oldest.  He graduates high school next week.  

 

I am regularly tempted by other putters but always go back to the 2-Ball.

Two of my best friends both use/used the original 2-Ball. One still uses it and putts very well, the other just went to a blade last year but I think he can use a sledge hammer and never miss a putt 😉. My 21-yo son still uses an original 2-Ball he picked up second hand and loves it. My 26-yo son uses an original Rossie White Hot and won't change it either.

I use the original 2-Ball Center Shaft. I've had more putters than I can count but each one only lasts a handful of rounds until I put the 2-Ball back in the bag.

Been fortunate enough to get hand-me down White Hot putters growing, perks of having an older brother who can really play 😇 Eventually he grew out of a White Hot blade (from 2000's I mean, not the OG re-run) so I got into the Odyssey vibe pretty early on. Been using an original Rossie mallet since about 2012. 

 

Anytime I've been in a store I always gravitate to the 2-ball on the putter racks, just pulled trigger on a used one for ~$75 (!!) Can't wait to give it a bit of a love and put it into the rotation here and there - maybe it'll threaten my Rossie into a few more birdies but doubtful

Two Ball Triple Track Ten still holds my den putting practice green record of 186 straight from 2-4-6 feet ( my back is still aching months later ) it gets an occasional spot in the bag when the NP2 goes cold or a rd or two.

I have played every putter imaginable in the past 20 years, and always come back to the 2-Ball. It just works for me. I am a Graphic Artist and align objects all day so that may have something to do with it. I feel the 2 ball alignment allows let me focus on line but not have to be so precise. It also helps me make more consistent center contact.

 

I do not like a line on it or triple track on it as I feel that just defeats the purpose of the 2-Ball alignment. I have probably played every version of the 2-Ball (and there have been many) over the years. My current favorite is the 2-Ball TEN with the white hot insert, but I also have an OG, EXO and an Eleven.
