I put the experience at the top 3 well ahead of the others.

 

1. Bethpage Black - best golf experience I’ve had despite rains all day

2. Oak Hill East - classic Donald Ross course and the best conditioned course I’ve ever played

3. Kapalua Plantation - amazing views and overall feeling of being in paradise put this high on the list

4. Erin Hills - not my favorite layout but feel somewhat obligated to put it on the list. I prefer playing other courses not listed

5. St. Louis Country Club - tough decision as lots of courses could take this spot on any day, but it’s a fun, very playable course, with a timeless CB Macdonald design
