Got it with a YS-6S. Most often falls to the right for me but not wickedly.

I know this won't be a popular club but I had a Ping i3 clone three wood with a True Temper Tx-90 shaft that was the longest three wood I have ever hit. Loved it and cried when I broke the shaft in the hosel and couldn't get the tip out. Tried to sand a graphite shaft, cheap one, down and reshaft it. Was successful but the feel was never the same and sold it in a garage sale before the birth of my first child. Bought a used Ping i3 to replace it, reshafted with the Tx-90, but couldn't fall in love with it. Till this day I still don't have a three wood I like.

Also have a 15* V-Steel X100.... wouldn't mind grabbing a Steelhead either.

Also have 970 silverheads in 13* & 17*... cool clubs to have but reaaaally hard to hit.

All of them give up zero to what's out there today - some of them are actually better, since they used to design fairway woods to be versatile, with deeper faces & curved soles, instead of simply attempting to maximize distance.

Still using a v steel. Had my 3 & 5 woods stolen. Bought a v steel tour spoon paint break with Tour gat 75g stiff shaft, but thinking I might try a vs proto shaft in it

I liked the original Titleist PT, even though it had already been around for a while at that time. Also had a Cobra "Greg Norman" signature series.

Back then it seemed that the fairway woods the produced the most penetrating trajectories without having an overly deep face, were the smaller heads from the past. Think forward and low COG....

That was a really solid club and very long for me; carried it distances I sometimes struggle to do now with my driver.
