Speaking of wate-on, I was in a department store the other day returning a couple of Amazon things that didn’t work well (they have a counter to send and return) and was a little surprised.

 

I haven’t been in a department store for what seems a year or more.

 

They had giant, 280 Lb. women mannequins with Kardashian-size butts and monster stomachs - and they were in women’s lingerie.

 

I had to avert my eyes.

 

I had to send something by UPS the other day and it seems used Amazon boxes are the box of choice. Anyone else have a garage full of boxes?

We'll hang onto shipping boxes for awhile and periodically we'll cut up a bunch of them and

throw the pieces in the trash. We always keep some on hand so we can ship things to friends

and relatives.

 

Several years back I convinced myself I was done with the golf club hoing and I cut up a bunch

of golf club boxes and threw them away. Boy, did I regret doing that!

I save all my old golf club boxes.  They add up quickly.  I have about 15 0f em' in the basement right now... seems I never return anything.  A couple years ago I cleaned out about 25 golf club boxes.  They populate like rabbits...

I should ask our family friend who manufactures mannequins and ask if there is a big upcharge for full figured and painful on the eyes!

I was in a mall earlier in the week waiting for my wife, who was at the dentist.  I saw exactly what @Soloman1 saw in the front window of Torrid, a women's' lingerie shop.  Never seen a mannequin that size or shape before.

 

Victoria's Secret had more normal shaped mannequins, but they were definitely tall.  Women are getting bigger!
