Agree with others, not a fan of the d2 shape and is definitely not for me. I'll try out the d3 but gonna take something big with the numbers and sound to beat my driver.

Man I think Titleist has jumped the shark last couple of years. Even Spieth didn't switch to 915 right away and Zack used the 913 in British Open win. 910 was a great driver but has gradually went downhill since then. I've had almost exclusively Titleist drivers since the 975 now it's Ping. Long and forgiving.

I hope it has the same adapter and I really like the weight system. Looks like I'll be getting a new driver and hopefully 2 new fairway woods when those come out.

I think price point will be very important here. This is essentially the C16 driver that went to "retail" for $1000.

These look great. The D3 has always been an awesome series. I'm can't wait to try one. I really really hope they've improved the sound.

After the 910 series I lost interest in Titleist woods, I'm at least curious now with the new tech but I just don't desire a Titleist driver like I did with the 910...

Yup-and so do most of us. The new alignment aid is bizarre...should be reversed like it was for YEARS...the point of the aid pointing at the target ! Hey Titleist-work with the GolfWRX community and let us all help you in your market research as you design products. You will sell MORE stuff with our help. Seriously. :tomato:

Digging the D3 shape and finish. If they continue to offer a nice selection of no-upcharge shafts, these should do well, assuming they perform as well or better than the 915s.

And he played the 915 D5, 915 D3, and previously 913/910D3. Just because he's currently playing the D2 doesn't mean much.
