Anyone have a link to live scoring for the qualifiers?

Last year there was no live scoring. It'll be updated here after the rounds are completed:

https://www.pgatour....california.html

Monte tees off in about a half hour, 9:58PST.

How many move on to next stage?

I’m not sure. Last year they took 16 guys from the California regional site which equated to top 12 + ties and 3 alternates. There’s also a Florida regional qualifying site at Disney’s Palm Course, so i dont know if/how that factors into how many move on.

Pretty much the worst nightmare of my golf career.

Had my second kidney stone in 5 days and was up all night.

Through 14 holes I was 3 over and was putting horribly.

Bogeyed 3 of last 4. The one par was a missed 5 footer for birdie.

I was mediocre tee to green, but enough to mail in a 70-72.

I missed 14 putts in the 5-15 foot range. Double layer of Saran Wrap on the hole.

Very frustrated and angry.

All "tips" are welcome. Instruction not desired.

Kidney stones are just nature's way of saying, "welcome to your 50's"

Sorry to hear about the round....though nothing a few good flops in hold 'em won't fix.

On a lighter note. You can imagine I’m pretty hostile.

I️ didn’t want to sit in the room or I’d fall asleep and wake up at 3 am.

So I decided to go see a movie.

As I’m getting out of the elevator a group of like 10 tourists rushes the elevator like a Mosh pit and one dude bangs my bad knee with his suitcase.

At the top of my lungs, “What the fuk is wrong with you people? You’re supposed to let people off the elevator first.”

There was a parting of the Red Sea and they almost fell like dominoes as they did it.

As bitter as I️ am, I️ enjoyed the humor of the situation.

Them being dumb as dirt and me being a pissed off a-hole.

...and yes, I’m still bitter about the bug that happens twice in the previous sentence.

Are you staying at the "beautiful" Primm Valley hotel? :-)

How's the course conditions? Are you driving the green on the 10th hole?

Good luck tomorrow and better health!

Play well tomorrow.

^ A 77 today could be a 67 tomorrow :superman:

When he wakes up tomorrow, today's 77 will still be a 77. Grinding with a stone, that just sux. You might as well have your caddie kidney punch you right before each shot (voice of experience).

If I do this 11,548 more times, I will be having fun. - Zippy the Pinhead

Used to be three regional qualifiers. Maybe a few more spots with just two this year?

Did you say you were trying to pass Kevin Stone, or a kidney stone?

Nice, that gave me a smile and a snicker.

I really do appreciate all the support. Those that have had them know how bad it is. I feel better today, but wiped out. At this time yesterday, I was considering paying someone to euthanize me.

Hang in there Monte...sometimes you can play better when you feel like garbage...just think about Holly Sonders if you struggle, that should help

Good luck today Monte! I want an excuse to go to Japan next year so I'm 50% pulling for you for selfish reasons.
