That is one good looking driver. I think I will stick to my Ping G SFT. I bench-marked the Ping G against the G400 and quite frankly couldn't tell the difference.

Then it might be worth a look as have I. You've skipped an entire 18 month cycle. It's bound to be way different.

Blue is completely different than Red..!!!

Remove the paint fill on the 'G410' and take out those stupid red stripes and you have a fantastic looking driver.

 

So true. The only thing I don’t like is the stripes that end up like dragonfly. So 80/90s....

99% of Ping clubs are. People hated the sound of the 1A and its looks. The Karsten-Is were panned as not looking shiny enough. There have been some nice-looking models lately (Redwood putter, S55 irons, Anser driver, Glide wedges, iBlade irons, Dale Anser putter), but luckily Ping clubs have outperformed the competition even though most are ugly as sin.

You are correct. Seems like the looks of Ping clubs are a total hit or a total miss. But so far the response has been positive towards the look of the G410, so who knows.

Only damage done is to other Brands as I was intrigued by an F9 or even a lower priced G400. Now I want to wait and grab a G410. Ping should give the person a free fitting and full bag for leaking it. Needed some kind of buzz before other people went elsewhere with alternative options. And due to the leak they just sold a G410 with higher margins. Can't wait to see the crown.
