Why the need for an SFTec when the new model supposedly has heel, rear and toe side weight options ?

The SFTec is PING's best selling model in drivers. When you have a ton of slicers, they want all the help they can get by shoving a 15g-20g slug in the heel. If they did away with it, the outcry would be loud and unforgiving.

Meh, I am sure it will grow on me, but I am not a fan of the looks there. The G400 is the best looking driver they've put out, ever, IMO. I love black and red color schemes but this doesn't do much for me. Although I am sure it will perform.

no, the standard is now called PLUS. SFT is still the Straight Flight Technology and SFT only comes in 10.5*.

Nope. There’s will be G410 Plus (standard model), G410 SFT (draw bias), and a G410 LST (low spin) but the LST won’t be out until later in 2019

The weight does not slide. 3 positions.And comes in 2 gram increments from 10 to 16g

that's what i was looking at. It looks like it still is a pretty small adapter compared to other companies

Hopefully the head shape is closer to the g400 than the g25, which is what I flashed back to at first glance.

No. The teeth are different. I think it weighs lighter too, but I'm not sure.

True you can't see inside...… most importantly you cant see anything outside like the collars on the Callaway or Titleist adapters. Looks great to me.

Remove the paint fill on the 'G410' and take out those stupid red stripes and you have a fantastic looking driver.
