G400 driver replacement in January

Correct! LST fairway will ship at the same time as the other G410 drivers, fwys and hybrids.

 

Do we have any info on the LST fairway yet? In true WRX fashion I have one ordered but don’t know anything about it.. just hoping it spins less than the standard version... but do we know anything about the footprint of it? Will it be similar to standard, more like the stretch, deeper, etc?...

 

The only thing I know for sure about the G410 LST fwy, is that it will be replacing the “stretch” model in the G400.

Yes i was referring to the driver. I'm really curious to see if anything beats out the G400 LST for me. Ping got it right with that driver.

Looks like Ping, TaylorMade, and Cobra all have the same driver this year. Hahaha.

 

M6 = F9 = G410

 

if that is the case, buy the cobra, it will be $50, the Ping $499, the Taylormade $525.

 

This is what I have been told about new 2019 driver pricing. Not sure how accurate it is though?

There is no different pricing by reps., I have seen then price sheet from Ping and it will be $499.00

Ping is usually pretty standard on these early year releases...I'd expect the USGA conforming list to happen this Monday or next Monday with an announcement right afterwards...Fitting kits mid January, release mid February...Let's hope they don't have distribution problems like they had with the G400 line when it was released...

I had a Ping Craz-E putter when it came out. Read somwhere it looked like a guy riding a motorcycle, reminded me of a bobsled guy. Had to sell it, quite making putts after that.
