I really like the fit and cut of Greyson not so much the price. Found some on the bay for a good price. New but a season or two old. Which is fine with me. I’m not exactly current on style anyway.

RLX and Nike (Modern Fit) fit best for me and I enjoy how they look as well. I like how FJ polo's look but they are fit for people who want baggy sleeves and stomach area lol

Actually FootJoy if you size down correctly. Their collars are thicker and always look neat. They also now have athletic, trimmer fit options.

RLX for me. Best fit and range of materials...that said, after all the food I have been eating, I might need to come back to you all on the fit side of things! Haha.

 

Honourable mention to FootJoy as well. Over this side of the pond anyway, they seem to have a good range of athletic fit options and they are always really nice, it's just the material doesn't feel as nice as the stuff they use with RLX.

Puma and Adidas. . I also have a couple Callaway shirts that I don’t mind.

Puma for all my golf apparel save for shoes end glove. The trousers are varied, comfortable and come in some classy colours. The shirts/pop overs are always different to what else is out there from other brands and the quality is exceptional.

 

For me the fit of the shirts is great and the moisture wicking is one of the few that I find really works. Some of the newer, fashion inspired shirts are subtle yet stand out and I'm the only person in the club that wears the gear. Always one to be different.

 

Used to wear Adidas but found over the last 18 months or so that their stuff became very generic like Nike/UA.

I was about to ask for a recommendation on a brand that has more athletic fits. Thank you! It's hard to find golf shirts that don't fit like a blanket around the mid section when you're thin or fit. I've been giving Puma a go, but they always seem to come untucked from my rotation.

Matte Grey fit really well, even for those of us with the mid-30s half athletic/half doughboy body. Scored some Bonobos solid whites for $25 per during their closeout. They fit pretty well and will be a great grind shirt in the Texas heat.

 

The absolute GoAT is Holderness & Bourne, though. They make perfect shirts.

For lacoste, their sizing is very consistent across products. If you know your size, almost guarantee it will fit. I've got a pile of their shirts, and can order online now no problem. Same with JL. That's one of the reasons I like those brands.

Footjoy.....PGA Superstore seems to have deals on previous styles pretty often. IMO you can’t beat the materials and breathability. Plus the collars don’t look bent up after a couple rounds in the washer/dryer

I always had trouble with shirts coming untucked until I discovered the size medium-tall. It's about an inch and a half longer than a normal medium, no more untucking during the round!

 

As far as brands go, I live in Canada so it's not always hot. If it's not too hot, I'll wear a stretchy cotton polo from Banana Republic or Old Navy.
