2019 Ping Blueprint Irons - New in hand photos

Too much for my use. I was able to hit one the other day and when you hit it correctly it's fantastic, but when you miss you lose a lot of yardage and you feel it too. No forgiveness in these beautiful, tiny irons. But wow are they really great looking. Just don't have the game for them.

The other day was first time hitting them on course, wasn’t best I played but could tell they were a great club which I mentioned I took them in Tuesday and had Continental Golf increased the lie 1.5 degrees. So today was the first day, after ensuring the lie and shafts were good to go. Guys they are the real deal, 16 greens in regulation, my putting sucked ....40 putts, my average is around 32 but I’ve never done more than nine greens in regulation. I haven’t had a chance to putt with the Ping Bruser on normal greens, only the other day on a different course where they had 1/2” airiated holes and sand. So the course I played today is known as an easy lay out but the greens are 12 to 13 stimp and always on side hill or hump no flat. I like the bruiser but I’m gonna have to get out there for a couple hours with it . But once you put those blueprints in your hands and you get the lie and the shaft right you’re absolutely going to love them, you don’t even feel them when you hit solid, in the workability left right, high low is ridiculous .

I have been to three different places in three different cities trying to find a lefty BP to demo. No luck. I think I am going to email Ping directly to see if they know which places somewhat near me might have them. Fortunately I did not make a special trip anywhere as I just happened to be traveling a bit for school business. Even I am smart enough to call a place first if I am making a special trip.

Saw these today in Golftown. Were the exact specs I would order. 4-PW, Align grips and DG 120S shafts. Gorgeous!

Just wanted to let you guys know that are around the Raleigh area if you use Continental Golf the Ping representative picked up the demos today, I don’t think they’ll be back in the shop there until next week sometime maybe call ahead if you’re going to go out there to look at them, also while I was there the rep had the new low spin 410 driver, and some other new Ping hardware but I probably shouldn’t even say what it is because they would not even let me take a picture of it until like August, wow here’s a picture of 410, at least he gave me a hat that was cool!

Golftown is $2450 Cdn for the 4-PW, plus taxes. Discount Dan's, for the same set and even after exchange, comes in multiple hundred's of dollars less.

Now that I bought Bruzer I’m told the demand is there, so that’s going be produced further. Blink twice? I’d hate to have the Men in Black after me now ? .

I finally set up to a blueprint 7i yesterday and holy hell the head is small. The profile/shape is almost perfect though. If I was able to play more often, I'd seriously consider these.

I hit the 7&4 today and it has me contemplating selling my TW’s. They shape is perfect on these and they were plenty long for a blade. Got a quote from DD’s but I’m trying to resist

I don’t know if you’re going to say I’m crazy or just a nice guy but my buddy playing in a tournament tomorrow and he has been wanting to demo the blueprints so I let them take my set tonight and see how he likes them . Hey i’ll play using my Srixon forged tomorrow.

Yeah well the way met A few years ago was he did some training with my ex son-in-law for the job he is in and then I see him basically daily so just kind of a cool relationship, he just got done playing he said he loved the irons but of course you got a remember I have the 105 dynamic gold shaft so I know he’s a younger stronger golfer so he’s definitely going to need like maybe even an X flex but he said the dispersion was fine trajectory was hard to control because my shaft was too light for him but overall he loved them, so I mean that’s pretty good never hitting that club before, i’m gonna play nine tonight and hopefully I’ve got that Bruzer putter cut correctly see if I can putt tonight
