No magnet on this one, its Velcro.  For $80 I would expect they go magnetic on these.  Could be a deal breaker for me.

Good catch. Surprising. They have been going magnetic on the last bunch. Agree that the velco does not last. Maybe 5 months of regular use.

 Not sure how efficient a magnet closure would be with what is essentially turf on a cover.

How stupid do you have to be to create a putter headcover with velcro anyore? They last a month. $5 ones off ebay use completely hidden magnets. Nothing that is repetitive use, 18 times a round, should have velcro as it's closure system. It's dumb.

Chatting with a Taylormade person on their website and he said that it hasn’t released yet.... told him Taylormade Tour said it was sold out and he said “that is not what we have been informed”

 

Also said that the Taylormade Tour page is the UK page, so maybe in their time zone it is sold out?

For the US, it hasn't been released yet, a rep said "later today" lol.
