i think they have one similar to his available. but not the damascus steel putter (don't know if he is still using that or not).

Appreciated. I am wondering if they are low torque like some of the other graphite or hybrid shafts out there. I rolled one a few times in the last week and I liked everything with the possible exception of how dang soft the putter felt. I swear my White Hot OG 1 feel firmer (slight sarcasm).

i was told that the ping putter graphite shaft has 0.8 degrees of torque

No prob, sorry I don't have more info.  I actually didn't want to know anything more about the shaft when I heard it wouldn't work for my club.

Here is the putter I was fit for. Thought I would be getting the mallet, but putted best with this at the in person fitting. Quality is really good. The finish is really clean.

Yup. We talked about that in our fitting. If I happen to not like the toe hang, I can always send it back and they can put a different neck in (flo or double bend) as it all gets out into the same mill spot on the putter and then epoxied in.

My virtual fitting occurred two weeks ago today and Alex just informed me the putter should ship early next week. It's currently at the finisher in Texas. I'm so pumped.

makes sense. hoping mine ships next week, which would be a bit sooner than how long it has taken for yours, but they said the patina is done in house.

The Ping PLD custom graphite shaft is super stiff but still has really good feel. The retail PLD graphite shaft is nothing like the custom PLD one, it has much more flex.

The retail version was horrible on any green speeds under 10. Gave it 4 rounds in the bag and had to return it which I hated to do but with how picky ping is about their warranty’s I could risk a reshaft to steel even though I know it would have been a great putter with steel installed over the retail PLD graphite shaft

That is beautiful.  Any idea what the weight will be with the plumber’s neck?  It’s 365 with the double bend.
