Callaway Wait Times

Curious what the Callaway wait times are these days. I ordered 3 Jaws wedges on the 16th. Web said about 4 weeks, anyone see there items sooner with custom specs?

I’ve heard that out of all the manufacturers, they’ve been quickest.  A friend of mine ordered two Cally wedges, driver and fairway on Friday the 13th and he received them yesterday.  Don’t think anything special or customized.

Callaway Wait Times...

 

Yes, Callaway has wait times. In June 2021, I agreed to forego tip weighting and midsize grips on my Mav MAXs to get them within three weeks. They arrived last week of September.

 

If I had cancelled order and bought on CPO, I could have had them by July.

Not wedges, but I ordered an Apex UW and Rogue ST Max driver, both with custom shaft lengths and non-standard grips. 
 

I ordered 5/16 and they shipped today 5/20. 
 

Both items showed 1-2 week lead time when I configured the clubs. 
 

Callaway has been top notch recently along with PXG. Even Srixon shipped a full set of ZX7s in about 3-4 weeks.

I ordered custom Rogue ST Max irons on the 16th, but nothing yet.

Ordered a Rogus LS 5 wood on the 16th, standard with a Winn Dri tac oversize grip. Website said 1-2 weeks, when I checked the order status it said 6-24 so I emailed my rep and he checked it out.

 

Turns out it was the grip holding it up, I told them just send me any grip loose in the box.

If components are in stock very quick. This season driver took one week and iron set took maybe 8 days total to be in hands.

New Jaws wedges have not been released for public sale yet. Iron sets and drivers are shipping days after order depending on what shaft you order

I ordered apex irons with steelfiber shafts and got them in 7 days.

I placed an order for a Rogue ST Max 7 wood last night.  Nothing in stock for Lefty so I went with a custom Ventus 7S which said 6-8 weeks.  I placed the order last night and SUPPOSEDLY it shipped today.  So either that means online estimates are way off or I am getting a righty head LOL

anyone have an idea of what "backorder timeframe" means? they mentioned 5-7 days. ordered a 5w paradym with a stock shaft wondering if this is build time or how long they have til parts. thanks

I would just call & ask - it could be a bunch of different reasons. Ex: I placed an order for a TD Paradym on June 30 over the phone & the rep I spoke to said they were 7-10 days out waiting on 10.5* heads - received a notification yesterday that said it should be arriving today, so it seems like they may be a few days behind in my experience...

Ive had two new paradym 5 woods sent to me in the last month that say 'backorder 5-7 days' and they have both shipped within 4-6 days.

Callaway orders in my experience arrived quickly. Also, their custom service is excellent. In contrast, I’ve had numerous poor experiences of Mizuno, I gave up after 2 months and cancelled the order. The customer support team were arrogant and seemed to suggest people love waiting 3 months for a set of irons, or wedges.  If you ask for a special order Mizuno will keep you waiting months.

Ordered 2 custom Paradym fairways (shaft, length, grip) mid June and got them in like two weeks.  California to Virginia.

Ordered a driver last day of June at end of promo with customer build...said 5-7 days. Arrived in....6 days. 😄

Ordered a TCB “A” or gap wedge beginning in March and stated 6-8 weeks. Luckily I wasn’t in dire need and was using the same club i was going to trade it in for.
 

They ended up needing all that estimated turnaround time and I received it in the beginning of June lol. 
 

i know this was a special circumstance since they are refreshing the apex line and had to restock the heads to fulfill the current orders as the TCBs havent been available for some time now

Ordered a Paradym with Ventus TR Blue and MCC+4 from Callaway website on 8/30 and just shipping from Monterrey, MX on 9/19. Wasn't expecting this long of a wait!

I assume that was a driver. I'm in for two more fairway woods with the 2x bonus...took 3-4 days to ship last time and hoping for the same again this week.

Ordered a Super hybrid and paradym x hybrid to goof around with. We will see how long it takes, but I bet it better than any Mizuno order..😃

Was it a Triple Diamond head? If so, they are out of stock. Anticipated head arrival is Sept 26.
