Hovland new irons at 2023 Scottish Open?

SMS on Insta threw a like on a post asking if they're new Blueprints. Take that for what you will. The account did say they've seen the clubs.

None of those pics look like i210s to me apart from the very bottom pic. The toe looks totally different IMO on all the other photos. What glimpses I got yesterday following him around they didn’t look like i210s either. I use a set of i210s myself. 
They won’t stay unpictured for long if they are using them on tour tho so yes, we will have to agree to disagree for now. 👍

Also commented on barath's photo of them from Hattons bag calling them the "Blueprint forged S"  But they definitely look like a blueprint/i59 style cavity back.  Some sort of mix between the iblades and those two.  Seems like the guys are playing a half set of them in the lower irons.  Could be really interesting with more guys going towards mixed sets.  Especially with how they changed the i230 long irons more than anything else.

It's possibly both too - perhaps he's using a combo set like Hatton and some of the pics have the i210s and some have the new Blueprints. I hope you're right, I wanna see 'em pretty bad! They look sexy so far!

To me they look like a thinner sole than the 1230's, maybe made for him? I know the wether he is playing the i210 or i230 he has the soles ground on. The first time he did it I believe was two years ago for the British Open (yes I still call it the British Open)🤣

IIRC he didn't keep them that way.  He just made a set for a few courses with really firm conditions.  I don't have anything to back that up though.  In this case, it seems as though these are just thinner soled irons that don't necessarily need that sort of customization.  Wondering if that's why a lot of 210/230 players are putting them into play this tournament though, with the links course.

That's definitely interesting.  Any idea what S and T mean.  I'd imagine S is a foam filled cavity like the iblade and the T is more of the blade?

Make the assumption it's like the T100 and T100S. I'm under the assumption that they're going to have a general cavity-back, with insert again, that fits and combos. But it's going to be two different lofts. It'll give fitters more permutations for height, bounce, etc.

Too much or too little is too broad of a spectrum. Spun too much out of unique circumstances. Tend to jump a bit on him in certain types of grass. 210 grooves were more predictable across the board.

I’m excited to see what these end up being, even as I’ve just fallen more and more in love with i230s

No. For a short answer.  You can send custom irons and wedges to the USga lab in New Jersey  for testing and certification.  I have a couple certificates for customs I’ve sent in.  The USga does this for free. And will ship them back to you ups on their dime.  
 

Sounds wild I know.  But I’ve done it 3 times and each time I’ve had a person call me as soon as the tracking says they arrive , and they will call or email again as soon as they ship back with tracking.  Turnaround was same day on 2 of mine. Next day on the other.  The certificate is good for any competition , and includes their hologram seal etc.
