It represents Tour Issue, in which no serial number was issued and the heads are hand sorted and weighed. If I'm not mistaken it's on all the Tour Issue Srixon stuff.

Exactly. This is where they are fading the chrome for less wear marks.

You can build combo sets of the regular chrome version on their site, so maybe they just haven't gotten that part of the site updated for the black chrome ones yet?

 

Also of note, stock shaft on the black ones looks to be black C-tapers.  Wrong shaft for me, but if that's a good shaft for you that's going to be a slick looking build.

Doesn't look like the C Tapers are an option when trying a build?  Odd, wrong shaft for me but you'd think they'd have enough for a limited release.

Couldn’t help it, had to order. 
 

The “stock” shaft for the ZX5 at least is the C-Taper Lite 110 Stiff black limited edition. 
 

If you customize them you can pick other shafts, but I think these are the only black shafts they’re offering.

Nope. Will be no option to build a combo set in these, even going through a rep.

Individual irons of buth the ZX5 and ZX7 can be ordered to make a combo set...just go to customize to do so.

yeaaaa curious choice for me given their (and everyone else's) stock kbs choice is the tour.  would be nice to have these in a black kbs tour like the new p770's had.  my military discount may just get the better of me though
