Some info I've been able to glean, it's smaller than the T/M mini driver hence being called a 2 wood.  They only have 5-6 heads made up right now so it's not like every player (even Titleist staffers) on Tour will be able to get one.

Love my TSR2+ FW, this could be an interesting off the tee option for some guys out there. Surprised to see something new in the TSR line when the new metals would only be a few months away from hitting tour.

Titleist testing the water on a Mini driver.  Interesting design with that deep a face on basically a 3 wood size profile.  I wonder if they include something like this in the new driver/wood models expected later this year.

The shape of this thing is awesome! Quite different from TSR2+ I wonder what gap this fills in the metal wood line-up.

Will be interesting to see how it does off the deck with that face pretty deep.  Going through the iterations of the TM mini drivers, it's taken them several attempts to build something that's pretty close to the total package (forgiving, long off the tee, playable off the deck).

 

Looking at Ping next to get back into the market.  It's been a while since they did a stretch 3w.  I'm of the mind that they could reproduce the 13* Rapture exactly the way it was but add in adjustable weights and the updated hosel and it would sell like hotcakes at $550...

Oh yeah 🤤. Glad I never got a Burner (didn’t care for the old school coloring), this thing is beautiful. Hopefully they come to retail soon.

How would this compare to Cobra Big Tour 3 Wood (Radspeed and Speedzone I think) - goes to show how much brand pull has on the crowds reception to a club. Prices on the Cobras are so reasonable in the used market, so was wondering if that would be a good alterantive?

Love the look and love that titleist are calling it a 2wood. I was about to clean up all the shafts I tinkered with the brnr, but I’ll hold on to em now!

I don't think I've never been so love at first sight than with this club. As many nowadays, I struggle to turn over larger headed drivers but can still turn 3w over. I had the TSR2+ and loved it, but after one bad day with it due to user error, I sold it and have been regretting it ever since. I've been ready to pick another one up, but then this appeared. What to do what to do

What a great week and course to roll it out, too.  I doubt any of Titleist's staffers will have the stones to put a brand new club in the bag, let alone use it out there, but it's a club that some of these guys could theoretically use to absolutely eviscerate this course.  Several of their guys really aren't the most accurate with the driver (thinking JT, Wyndham, Cam Young, etc.) but are fantastic iron players and have plenty of length to make this thing work off the tee if they swap it with their 3 wood.

That’s such a finished head, no way would they go to all that trouble to produce half a dozen examples…..
