I'm really fortunate, we have a great practice facility.

• Six tees (3 zoysia, 3 bentgrass) + offseason mats
  
• Plenty of target greens in both directions
  
• Large putting green
  
• Large short game area including chipping green, 40 yards of fairway, and greenside bunkers
  

 

Allegedly, we are building a winter hitting facility where the fairway bunker is currently located on the bottom-left. I've seen the plans, and it was originally supposed to be completed this October, but they haven't broken ground yet.

Swing looks good and the practice facility looks great. That's the one downside to my club is a poor practice facility.

It is their tipped/tucked, greenskeeper's revenge, etc, etc.

 

I played in it a couple years ago where I was the worst player on the team at a 5HC. I think we barely broke par.

The T-MC/MB combo set is still one I wish I would have pulled the trigger on. Love my mizzys but you are right they do just look pure.

I got a little more testing in with the RTX-3.

 

It will take getting used to. I'm sure it is the fresh grooves and increased spin, but my carry distances are just a little short compared to similar swings with the trusty Tour Preferred. Maybe 4-5 yards into a slight headwind. The grind is nice; it gets in and out of the turf quickly and doesn't dig.

I think it is essentially Titleist's Oil Can finish: oiled and then raw underneath. The bottom half of the face is already starting to develop a nice little wear pattern.
