Those are amazing. Wilson Staff is the undisputed champ of “under the radar”. I have a brand new set of D9 Forged that are just screaming to be gamed this spring. My 30 year devotion to Ping irons is a strong force to brake but my Wilson Staffs WILL get winter SIM tested. I’m actually rooting for them. Beautiful irons.

Found this pretty decent condition Scotty Cameron Caliente Grand at a local thrift/flea market type store for just 20 bucks. Original Titleist grip is also in really great condition which is a plus.

 

I’m not sure if I should ask this somewhere else or if someone could maybe give me a little run down of what the “1995/500 1st run” means. I get what the first run means but does this make this specific putter I have more valuable then one that doesn’t have that on there?

I have that same set in a nike bag in same condition. I bought them when they first came out new. Played them about half a season and then they announced they were out so i stored them away for value purposes or to give to my son when hes older... what did the irons cost if you dont mind?

The guy I bought them from gave them to me (or I stole them) for $380, depending on how you look at it, Lol.

 

It’s the dead of Winter in Canada though, so this is when you can buy used Golf equipment dirt cheap. That’s the only positive about Winter in Canada, Lol!

Oh man. Thats almost free lol. In my mind these are still worth around the origional price  which I think at the time was $800 or $900 for the irons. I just cant help but think they still have high worth because they are the second to last set they made. The blue version was after them vapor fly then they were out. Enjoy. Great condition.

Yeah, I agree they were a steal!

 

I almost bought a set of Nike Vapor Pro’s the week before for double the price, but that set only came with 6-AW, so when I saw this full Vapor Speed set at that price I pulled the trigger immediately, Lol!!

 

Time’s flying, so the season will be here before we know it hopefully!

Feels solid.  TM rep stated that the new titanium frame flexes with the face at impact.  Been a long while since I played a SIm2, so I cannot remember enough to compare

When playing daily in the spring summer and fall, life is good. Nothing dumb happens.   When the air temperature is -20, you have cabin fever,  and see something in LH at the LGS that you have never seen at any golf shop, things are bound to happen.  Gonna have to beat a Sacks Parente 39 which is a tall order.  We will see.

Mine is the photo attached.  I've been super pleased with it, and had it setup sitting next to a Golfworxs tool located at the local pro shop, and it was dead nuts on the money for numbers.  It can also be used as a scale, but I still use my little digital scale for that.  I built a little AL slip on piece that lets me put a grip on top of the shaft for running values before I assemble anything.
