I never really have been a 'ho' but since I am semi-retired I spent all last summer working with our pro and finding just the right clubs for me. Yes, I am very happy. Good swing, excellent results and the club folks won't be making much off of me. That said, if you like to change, try new stuff and/or want the latest greatest go for it. It's your money and your game.

For the first time in two years, I do feel content with my bag. I may put a TMB 4 iron in the bag down the road but for the price, it's not that much better than my 714 AP2 4 iron

I will not change the mid bag all year from April 1 on. I've practiced indoors and on my golf trips all winter and when the season hits I need to be comfortable and most importantly know my exact distances. If I don't know each club well, and have my distances dialed in, there's no way to score. Changing irons and wedges during the season does not happen, and believe once you find a 3 wood you can trust, you don't change that club until it breaks or something is measurably better. Driver and putter are always subject to change at any moment.

Just moved in with the gf and needed to downsize significantly. Sold half of my stuff, including my G20 irons, figured why not upgrade with the extra cash.

Currently shopping my G30 3 for 915fd now :)

I just purchased new irons:

Srixon Z745 - 5I - PW

New Hybrid

Srixon h45 22*

New Putter

Bettinardi Inovai 3.0

Driver Titleist 910D 10.5, 3W Adams Speedline 15* and 3H TourEdge E8 19* stay the same.

Have been to the Range 4 times and played once since I got the new equipment.

Loving the Irons and the putter. Still trying to get used to the new Srixon Hybrid.

I changed irons due to the V.T. Sole Technology and I love how simple and elegant the irons look.

I had changed my wedges back in October to Titleist SM5 from Edel. I just was not happy with a loss of distance I had with the Edel Wedges. I know it is the Indian and not the arrow but there was a confidence factor and I just did not have confidence with the Edel Wedges that I have with the SM5's. I may change shafts and try the Edel's again once the season starts for real in March or April.

My bag and the couple of clubs outside of it but in rotation (a couple of putters, a 19* hybrid and an x-stiff driver) are fine. Shaving half a stroke per round by going through a club-by-club fitting and ordering new gear just isn't worth it currently. I'd rather spend the time on the range/course/gym and money on a lesson.

I'm close. 13 out of 14 clubs are settled. I have to figure out the putter at this point. Between an anser milled, a counter balance Newport 2 and a Betti Tiki. I'm 100% confident the other 13 clubs are set.

I've been very content. I just bought/built another set of irons (and wedges) that I'm trying out today, but they're going to have to be amazing to go in the bag. I'd be perfectly ok selling the new stuff and going right back to the current setup.

Content in the sense that I do not need to alter my bag. Last year I revamped my bag and need to see how that works for little bit before I make another change. However, would love to tinker with: (a) a 915 d3 or d4 to see if that could help manage my misses (although I think my swing dictates that decision); (b) adding a 18* fw wood and 21* hybrid and take out my 56/60 wedges for a 58 (or leaving either the 56/60); © using a larger mallet putter; and (d) subbing a 716 t-mb 4 iron or 712u 4 for my current 4.

Always tinkering, always another reason to upgrade EVERYTHING! I currently have six sets of clubs (counting 2 sets that are my sons) and I am planning on upgrading my current set of Titleist (2 years old) to the current products. The enemy of good is better. Honestly, I know I don't play that much better (Hcp-7.1) with my 15 year old Ping ISI irons. I fall prey to the marketing and drink the CoolAid....but hey don' t we all like shiny new toys?

I will never be content. As long as there are people out there willing to sell their equipment for cheap. I'll be there to help a person out.

Everyone here lies.:) The ones that say they are content with their bag will have something new in a matter of hours from now. Especially Northerners who set in front of their computers all winter with disposable income.
