Who is completely content with their bag?

Yes very happy and good to go for 2018 as is...I am not even looking at any threads with equipment other than what I own for this every reason lol.

For the first time that I can ever remember I have a bag without one single change I want to make. Which makes me even more excited to get out and play. I have three insane fun weapons for getting off a tee now and the Mini Driver and LIFT 2 iron are insane from the fairway even. The old school Black Gold shafts in newer M2 irons is a combo made in heaven.

 

Not sure what to do with the extra time now. LOL

I had to get the 3w and hybrid/driving iron slot sorted out, but solved it quickly this Spring. These clubs will be in my bag at the end of the season.

The only potential change would be the driver and ONLY if when demoing others the new driver (or shaft) would give me at least 10 yards more carry.

 

I am really pretty content with what I have and am scoring well so there really is no need or urgency to change a thing.

I'm completely content with my current setup but that didn't keep me from purchasing a new set of MacGregor 1025CM heads on ebay and who know's what else I might find find that would that would make me even more completely content.

I was for 2 straight years as my only change this year is letting the Callaway Double Diamond Alpha 816 and going Rouge as I have a Kiyoshi Purple waiting for my driver to arrive. Irons are good Apex CF16's Vokey wedges, Kumura 7 wood, S-Yard 5 wood, Ryoma 13* 3 wood and my Rouge.

Satisfied? Maybe. Maybe not. There are a few points I'd personally like to change but, Im not in dire need of it.

 

1. G400 LST - Part of me wants to change the shaft. Another part of me wants to grab a 400 Max.

2. Mizuno Irons - Part of me wants a full set of Cobra MBs. Those, to me, are the end all be all irons but, I am striking decently lately and owning these would punish me exponentially.

3. Putter - I dig my Scotty. I have a Directed Force on the way for help with roll and better consistency.

4. Wedges - I have a great wedge setup but, again, part of me wants to use Hi-Toe 50 and 56 (bent 55*) to accomodate my already in the bag 60* Hi Toe and change out my 46* for a Vokey SM7.

 

Like I said, these are all the kinda-wants and maybe-will-some-day-buy things. But, I don't see any immediate need.

Always on the look out for a new putter but can't find anything I putt better with, rest of my bag is tried and tested

I've been completely satisfied with my current bag for the 2018 season. Helped that I have had multiple fitting sessions to replace worn out clubs. G400 driver and Toulon putter were the key changes for scoring better. The Apex MB irons and MD Forged wedges were basically Callaway upgrades of what I had for years that I feel confident with. The U65 DI needed the right shaft and some lead tape. The only thing that has my doubt is the Epic SZ 3w because the G400 hybrid is so good, I want to try out the fairway.

 

It's interesting to see how long others contentment lasts when compared to their current signatures.

I serious. Now that you posted this...my Mack Daddy is a high toe. I guess I don't pay attention to those things which is why I'm asking.

My friend is thinking of being content with Super Speed Golf sticks for clubs....he's swung them so much a real club looks too big.
