I'm guessing around 10AM EST as from memory they start at 7AM local so they are more aligned timewise with most of their marketplace

 

I've certainly been to the factory that early to collect some clubs...….

Are the i210's the same finish as the i200? I'm wondering if they'll wear the same.

 

Let's hope not, that finish is awful. Just go back to the old PING finish

 

It’s not the finish, it is a coating. The finish is fine once fhe coating comes off. If they had not used a coating no one would know the difference.

I did not know that, My G400's are wearing more then I would like. I LOVE the clubs but the finish is eehhhh, anything I could do to fix them?

There are couple of threads in the forum. If not mistaken it is suggested to use bar keepers friend product and a sponge, and you'll get nice results.

 

My G400s are not wearing more than expected at all.

Ping is MST time so its a bit early. Looking forward to the announcement today. Really want to try the i210's and decide go or no go.

Bar Keepers Friend and a Scotchbrite pad takes it off pretty easily.

Just talked to my Ping rep. Apparently the 16th is the “official” announcement date. Which seems backwards seeing as accounts will have demo products starting next week.

 

I hate it when I mis-remember things from product slideshows...

Checked with PGATSS today and they have not added these to the order system yet but I was told the Ping rep had taken their i200 demo clubs and stock sets out of the store.

 

Hoping that means the demo sets of the i210 will arrive soon.
