StrakaLine is here to help all golfers with better course management and green reading with their precision guides! We are looking for 5 members to test out a StrakaLine guide book on their home course and report back to the community about its precision! We want to know

About StrakaLine

StrackaLine's world renowned laser scanned greens guides have been helping golfers make more putts since 2007. Search 10,000+ courses available for greens guides and 36,000+ courses available for yardage books from across the world. Our USGA compliant greens guides offer a level of detail and accuracy not available anywhere else for the most precise green reading. Yardage books include complete tee-to-green measurements for every hole. Dual view topographic slope presented in % showing precise green slopes. Greens are scaled to no larger than 3/8 inch to 5 yards in order to be USGA compliant. 1 yard / 5 yard grid, surrounding hazards and sprinkler heads provided for orientation where available. Elevation changes tee-to-green, distance in yards, cover distances to bunkers and penalty areas, distance rings from tee and to green, penalty to penalty width, compass, and fairway arrows in areas that exceed 4% slope for most courses

5. Three or Four times a round on makeable putts, I second guess my read and make a bad stroke.  We have a few large greens on our course and many times I have been confronted with a long putt with multiple breaks and have not done a great job.  I believe Straka could help with both of these problems.

6. Absolutely.

5. How could a StrakaLine guide help your game? I still can't figure our greens out.  Heat map and break arrows would be a home run for making more putts.  Yardages from spots without sprinkler heads (rough fescue...) would take a lot of guesswork and time out of picking the right club.

5. How could a StrakaLine guide help your game?  Having just returning to the game after nearly 20 years you discover that what you lack in ability is offset by information and experience.  The insight and information that can be garnered by exact yardages and contour mapping would be invaluable. Imagine being able to shave even 1 stroke off of a hole because you knew the yardage or could visually see the undulations of the green.  Shot placement would be enhanced so you are at the yardage for a given approach shot.  As a former single digit handicapper I know that if I want to return to those lowly numbers, I need more information not less.

5. There's a lot of subtle breaks and large greens, would help when I have a double breaker and also on the better approaches where it looks and feels straight but does have some break to it that's hard to read.  Also on yardages to bunkers off the tee and water short of the green on longer 4's and 5's.  Strackaline would be perfect for helping to improve my game.

5. How could a StrakaLine guide help your game? The more data points the better. I'd love a green books to help with read, but also to aim approach shots to work the ball closer to the flag or leave desirable putts uphill or on the right tier. I'd definitely benefit from planning out tee shot as well, especially on shorter par 4s where driver is probably not needed.

6. Do you agree to participate in an ongoing testing thread, posting reviews and photos? Absolutely. Would get some great desert shots at Las Sendas. Beautiful course, that has a short but difficult setup with tough greens. Lots of blind shots, club selection is key. Would really put the StrackaLine to the test.

5. How could a StrakaLine guide help your game? I would love a yardage book with greens information to refer to when playing. The range finder and reading the greens by looks and feel can only do so much. The course has a lot of elevation change so having that information would almost feel like cheating.
