I'm convinced more than ever that Cobra drivers do suck.

I have a Cobra F Speed and no matter how well I treat her, she doesn’t behave!   I have brought her a new shaft, a new grip, new head cover, even added a bit of lead tape. Most talk about the detriment of adding a bit of weight and what others might think, but I encouraged her to stick a bit more on. I am always complimentary of how she looks.  I don’t know what else to do. 
 

It shouldn’t matter how badly I swing, I have given her everything, but yet she wants more?  She expects me to get the club face square to find the fairway.  Are you kidding, what more does she want. I am starting to question our relationship, it’s all one way traffic. Just take, take, take.   Am I asking for too much? 
 

Clearly a problem with the brand.

I like my old Callaway FT-5, it’s always been the best club for me — not saying much.  Plan on getting fitted this summer to see if something more modern is an improvement

Best club in my bag. I honestly have yet to lose a ball with it this season. Is it perfect, no. It never will be. But 9/10 I'll be in the fairway or first cut around 240 yards out. Fitted G30 with a Diamana Blue shaft, pured.

My driver doesn't suck, it blows... Like it blows the ball about 220 yard through the air, and then the ball runs out.  If my driver sucked, I would end up with negative yardage off the tee.

 

@95124hacker, any chance you skipped physics class in school? 🙄
