As someone whos done some pretty bad photo editing in his day, the silver area above the topline absolutely looks like someone took a brush tool in Paint to obscure whats really there. Or for whatever reason.

So someone leaked this but before doing so took the time to edit out one little part? Again I'm not saying you're wrong I just know I posted this picture and got DMs

Look for yourself. That silver area has been photoshopped/brushed out. Thats not a natural line. 

 

Look at the clubface and just ignore the silver edits - that looks like a clubface. 

 

So yes - I'd argue that the photo has been altered in some way.

 

Which is fine fwiw but lets call it what it is.

I believe the pictures were photo shopped so TM would have a difficult time figuring out which store and Rep allowed the pictures to be taken.

If you zoom in on the face pic, it looks like the driver still has a plastic type wrap around it. You can see some lines where it may be clearer near the heel side of the face.

Its just to obscure the shop or whatever is in the background.  That’s the white/silver part surrounding the club.  It’s just quick and dirty editing, but the whole club is there.

Agreed with Snowman, someone just crudely drew around head to obscure the background. Nothing nefarious or conspiratorial.

Unless you're referring to something really specific, how do you know the lines are wrong on a face we've never seen before? It's clearly an in-hand cell phone photo with lighting such that attempting to fake anything would be *pretty* noticeable. I say this as someone with a decade of professional photoshop experience so I highly doubt anything significant in this photo has been faked/doctored.

It just looks like the plastic covering the sole goes around to the face. Which makes sense…..trying to protect the carbon face.

I’m intrigued to say the least and super curious about the sound. Yes to sliding track.  Love the black and red.  I play the Epic Max LS and just not a huge fan of green on a driver. But the Epic will be very hard to beat as it’s the best driver, for me, I’ve ever hit. (Especially after adding hot melt to the head)
