That is one ugly neck. He never looks comfortable with the putter. Always has a choke grip on it the way he turns his hands to grip it in the beginning.

Didn’t he use one of these last year with some improvement until some kid told him to go back to his old Putter after which is putting fell of a cliff again?

 

jt having the best ballstriking year of his career just needs a few putts to drop and look out next 2 months

This is interesting but I bet he goes back to ole faithful. Big JT fan so im a fan of anything JT.

The only thing I would potentially change to this is I would make the neck an internal shaft post instead of a standard outer hosel set up. It would make it such a clean look. 

 

Like this.. Leave everything else exactly the same. but set the knuckle up like this.

I don't know....   He's been using this one for quite a while now. Or at least something that looks just like it.

I love how thoroughly janky that backplate is, lol. There isn't a single element on there that isn't slightly crooked.

If I were JT, I would change my as grip to a larger diameter model before changing to this putter. Or maybe go back to his Newport for a few tournaments.

How does this "prove" that?  Deeper milling or "grooves" on the face pretty much only affects sound/feel.  It's not "necessary" for anything and I doubt if anybody has made that claim given that there's so much variance in face texture on tour.

There’s difference between grooves and face milling, you’re talking about face milling. This are still ‘flat face milled’. All it really does is affect feel.
