Just a word of advise so you don't ruin a cobra adapter like I just did.  The adapter they sell on the aerojet is bored through.  Meaning nothing is there to stop the epoxy from running down into the threaded area while sitting to cure - I didn't catch this after swapping a shaft and reusing the tip that came on the factory shaft.   I glued the adapter up like normal and set in on my workbench to dry , came out about 2 hours later and there was a puddle of epoxy coming out of the tip of the adapter.   The epoxy had obviously hardened in the threads making it useless , I could of tapped it but why waste my time on a 10 dollar adapter.

I'd of been real hot if I set the shaft and adapter in a 300 dollar head to cure like I usually do for graphic orientation and would have ended up with a permanently installed bolt into the adapter via epoxy.

Just a heads up for guys that swap adapter tips frequently like I do.

There is a cap there, but it's loose. So you may lose it easily in the process.

Found this video pretty useful from an informational standpoint for guys that played the LTDX LS last year like I did.

There's some good info there. OTOH I can't understand the decision to test drivers on a hole where the fairway cants from left to right. So many of the balls he hit looked like they were dead straight pulls before the fairway rolled them back toward the center line.

That's good to know they have a cap -   I sold the old shaft and installed a different tip on it for the guy and it did not have a cap on the tip or I would of noticed it when I drilled the old epoxy out of the tip of the original shaft.   Warning still remains - careful when you reuse the aerojet tips.

Currently using the LTDx standard driver, but was thinking about the Aerojet LS, not for the sake of change, but i am a toe hitter, so have a pretty regular pattern, so potentially get more out of moveable weight to assist this, but with a swing speed of 95, just wondering if it's worth the change, anyone else done similar, or use the LS with similar standard speed?

There’s a movable weight on the AJ LS? Guess I didn’t realize that. Thought the weights would have to be replaced based on pics.

After a ton of internal debate, I pulled the trigger on an LS 10.5*. Been in a 9* Radspeed XB for a few years & my miss has been left. Hoping to loft down to open the face & take some of the left out.

You will love it. Made the same move myself. 9* XB @ +1 to the AJ LS 10.5* @ -1 D. AJ sits flat compared to Rad and you can set the LS to be very anti left if desired.

Not surprised and it won't shock me to a see a similar result with the TXG version of this test. Both the TSR and AJ LS are stout drivers.

Much prefer the LTD LS to the Aerojet LS.

Me too. Not that there is anything wrong with the aerojet, but it is the lowest spin driver I've tried this year and I didn't have the horsepower for it, the Ltd LS wad friendlier to my circumstances. Paradym TD far better head to head as low spin, but for some reason I get far better launch out of it, if you launch the ball too high and spinny aerojet ls is worth a try

I love the Aerojet!  One of the best looking and feeling drivers on the market along with tsr3.  Currently hitting the ltdx ls so good right now I’m scared to change it up.  Will either wait until after the season or for the next release.  But it is tempting…

This AJ LS is just a beast if you need to cut spin. And it's even forgiving for a low spin head.

I've lunged at a few & caught them in the heel & they've been playable. Shorter & with a flatter trajectory, but straight.

The balls I catch slightly high & toe side of center put me in places I've never gotten with other drivers.

Anyone have experience with the LS and non LS Model?  Both are billed as low spin.  LS is billed as neutral to fade while non LS is billed as neutral.  Are spin and distance similar?

I have the standard Aerojet. It produces more spin than the LTDx LS. According to reviews, the Aerojet LS is lower spin than the LTDx LS, so I would imagine its a decent difference in spin.

Any current thoughts on the LS?

I was gaming a LTDx LS last year (9.5* lofted up to 11*) and got really good numbers with it, but switched to a TSR2 for the forgiveness, and honestly for whatever reason, the TSR doesn't seem any more forgiving.  So of course the LTDx is going back into the bag before my big tournament in 2 weeks, but I'm wondering if people are still enjoying the Aerojet LS, because I really do enjoy Cobra clubs and wouldn't hate the idea of replacing my TSR with a ALS.

For anyone who has played both the LTDX LS and Aerojet LS at same loft model, e.g. 9* for both, did you see any launch or height differences? Cobra seems to market the Aerojet as somewhat higher launch than last year. Curious if that has played out for anyone. thanks

I hit the LTD LS black edition all year last year and am now hitting the Aerojet LS Goldy both 9*. I don’t see any real difference in launch, my spin is down about 150-200 rpm’s. So not much but for me it has lowered spin. I notice a few differences though, improved sound, better feel off the face and the performance on misses is great. Shocked it’s so much better for me on misses but I lose almost nothing on slight mis hits

You're a low cap guy, right? Does the ls have a big miss unit or is it stable?
