Honestly...... this is why i don't understand why everybody gets all bent out of shape for "jacked lofts" LOL.  Clubs with tungsten, hollow bodies, hollow slots, lower center of gravity all effect ball flight.  At the end of the day, who cares if your hollow 7iron has 30* of stated loft if it hits it through the same window as a 34* players 7 iron.

At the end of the day, my new T300 7-iron 30* (Nippon 950 NEO) is 10 yards longer than my old AP1 34* (105T).  So I bought it +1/2", since it is the same loft as my old AP1 6-iron, and I have 1 fewer clubs from 30* to 44* or 46* (depending upon whether I play a T100s or T100 PW).  I guess at my age that is not a bad thing - fewer choices - but probably not what the manufacturer intended.

Unseen, in the background, Fate was quietly slipping the lead into the boxing-glove.  P.G. Wodehouse

Im leaning towards T200 or T350...I am a 14 handicap and currently play the 2021 T200 with AMT Black (Stiff) shafts. My ball flight goes a mile in the air which isn't awful BUT I feel like I lose some distance with the longer irons. Was looking into PX 5.5, AMT White or C Taper to bring down the flight but know the 350 would probably launch higher than the 200.

I guess I just need to go hit these when they get into stores in Boston and compare it to my current irons. Is it tomorrow yet?

Pretty much everything we knew, biggest surprise is the move away from golf pride grips, or indicate they have at least. They don’t look like unbranded ones. Surprised a little they stuck with amt as stock in t100 and LZ in the 150, always felt that should be other way around, as per the stock LZ in my CBs also.

I am happy to see confirmation that the t200 utility 4 is 23 loft, so it blends straight into the 150 or 100 well out of the box. Would have been nice to see a blending guide like TM used to provide for the p series, but I guess it’s trivial enough.

Saw the heads today, and they all look amazing!

The T350 and T200 could make a nice combo set for sure. I'm think maybe a 4&5 in the T350 and then the T200s for the rest of the set perhaps.

Will see how I get on testing them next week, might even surprise myself and add some 150s into the mix too.

Did a fitting yesterday. Hit the new T200, T150 and T100. Coming from 2021 T200 w/ Project X 7.0.

New T200's are a huge improvement over what I have now, however, I personally cannot stand the "jumpy" feeling of a hollow, hot club and there's still some of that with the new ones. Not a fault as this is what they're designed for, but not for me. 7-iron swing speed is ~102, so not concerned with distance, but distance control.

Overall, feel was unsurprisingly the best on the T100, but being a high spin player they just spun a little too much for me, even with some spin killing shafts. T150 ended up being the sweet spot between feel and low enough spin. Will be ordering 4-W in the T150 w/ Project X 6.5 to promote a little more feel as I'm coming from as about as boardy of a setup you could conjure up.

I had the opposite reaction, to be honest. Why would a 23 degree 4 utility and a 25 degree 5 iron make sense? I understand the construction differences between T200 and T150 would add a little separation, but wouldn't you still want at least a 3 degree gap?

Same concern with the Apex UT/Apex Pro line -- 23 degree 4 utility, then 25 degree 5 iron. I'm not sure how those blends are really supposed to work.

I play the utility 4 at the moment and with a 20g lighter graphite shaft and extra pop in the head  it flies longer, thatn the equivalent 4  iron in t100, if it had the normal t200 loft it would be even worse. I.e moving it closer to the 5 iron helps keep the gapping reasonable enough. . Eg  the 20 degree 350 4 iron would now rule it out for me as would have to move to too much in my opinion. It would be a tee on par 4 only club.

basically no-one is blending the t200 utility with t200 irons so it’s lofted weak to line up with the others.

Hit the T150 demo iron today.  Not looking to change out of my Mizunos but even so was very impressed.  Looks great and feels way better than the previous T100-S model.  Forgiveness is at or around Ping i230 level but T150 looks and feels way better.  I think Titleist will have a major success with this iron

Had my fitting 2 days ago.

tested 100, 150, 200. Dynamic gold x100, KBS CTaper, KBS $ taper, Project X LS / LZ. Modus.

all shafts X stiff 130g / 7.0.

SS - 7 iron average 101mph.

HC - 2.

All heads tested - 7iron.

Current set 2021 T100S PX LZ.

The new heads are a visual improvement on 2021 line, feel in the t100 somewhat softer, 150 seems muted ( prefer the feel of the 2021 T100S )and 200 muted in comparison to 2021 line. Keeping in mind this is an opinion which no doubt differs person to person.

T200 - I hit this head for fun, was never suited to me. Visually beautiful.  Hot of the face. I said to my fitter “ I’d have no faith in a stock shot holding a green with this head. 191m carry ball speed average 141mph. For a player seeking launch / ball speed / help, this is a no brainer.

T150 - aside from visually, nothing noticeable from the current T100S line. Visually it has a thicker top line / sole. For me I noticed no increase in launch. It did not hit my ideal launch window for a stock shot.

T100 - beautiful feeling head, muted forged feel. I felt with each shot I achieved the launch window I was after and repeatability. Surprise surprise. Ball speed average 136mph carry 183m.

I was fitted into dynamic gold x100 130g.

KBS C taper was my preferred shaft for feel, however the repeatability in the DG along with the consistent contact made the choice in the end easy.

Hit T100 and T150 the other day at my local golf town and thought they were both great.

Initial impression they looked pretty similar in 7 iron form. Feel actually pretty close to but the 150 much hotter. Spin was about 500 rpm less on T150 which makes sense with the lofts. Both launched quite high and landed soft T150 was just a bit too hot and low spin for me.
I was getting 128 or so ball speed with t100 7 iron and up to 135 ball speed with t150 carrying over 200 which I did not like. I’m already a high ball hitter and weakening 150 wouldn’t work for my preferred ball flight so ordered a full set of T100 thru my local pro/Titleist rep.

Curious if anyone in the north country (Canada) have placed/received orders yet and what that timeline looked like.

Got the prior gen when they launched and my first daughter as born. We just had our second this past Friday and I’m contemplating going back to the T100 or maybe even try a combo of T200 in 4-6 and T100 in 7-PW.

What is the "Titleist Universal 360 grip"

Moving away from Golf Pride as the stock option?

Better be a $0 upcharge for Tour Velvet.

Clearly spin is a huge difference. All hollow body clubs launch high with low spin. I averaged ~6300rpm with the T100 7i. I was in the low 5000s with the T150. I did an outdoor fitting, and the T150 numbers and ballflight mirrored hot flyers out of the rough. If distance is the most important factor, sure, T150 is fine.

I did. And this is true of all hollow bodies I've hit on an outdoor Trackman. People think loft jacking isn't a big deal because the 'launch angle' is the same. Well that is true, but at least for me there's another reason it goes 10yds longer...

While I also had much lower spin with the T150s, but I do not think they are hollow, T200 are hollow.
