It’s always sad when this happens between two people that supposedly love each other.

and i could give two craps if he threw her phone in the pool.  in fact i support that part of it.  we should all throw our phones in the pool.  well i'd have to go to walmart and get one of those kid pools and fill it up first.

The law cares an awful lot about throwing phones in the pool if you’re doing it to keep someone from calling for help.

Let’s wait to hear the details. We all remember Lucas Glover.  He wasn’t the abuser in that scene.  Was all her.
 

 I have a sister in law who had beat the crap out of two “ finances “ …. One worked for Budweiser years ago.  And they are at a party thrown by the bud bottling plant.  She pulled a high heel shoe off and stabbed him 3 times in the head with it. Then ran.  Called me. Not my wife.  And said “ the cops are after me.I stabbed Doug …. I’m too drunk to drive.  But I’m driving ….”    After I qualified the stabbing wasn’t a homicide , I told her to pull over.  Take the keys and throw them in he back seat. Get in the passenger side and I’d be there in a minute.  She listened. I showed up and drove her car to my house.  She slept it off. Got up early , Ate 2 bags of chips , made a coffee and left before 6 am when I got up.  No cops came. No cops were even called. She looked like a wet dog who had been chased through a cornfield when I found her ……

and just last week tried to bully another one into proposing to her.  Told him when and where to do it.   He left her in a restaurant and she can’t find him 🤣.    I’m just saying. I don’t form opinions on these until I hear facts. Equality says it’s not ok to assume either way.  Right ?

Not always sad. Sometimes pathetic, sometimes tragic, sometimes predictable; depends on visibility and what you "supposed" on others relationships. Remains to be seen how it plays out.

In the State of Florida taking property by force is strong arm robbery. I assume the phone was forcibly taken from her before being thrown in the pool.

Probably an iPhone too.  The way the price of those things are going, taking an iPhone will probably be grand theft soon.

It’s easy for a golfer. They usually have a sound pivot and know the correct kinematic sequence to transfer the weight. With his knowledge of his power accumulators and the ability to create centrifugal force on a multiple plane delivery path, she never had a chance.

Hmm i could certainly agree that would be horrible behaviour.  But to get there you are having to make some assumptions.

I've walked a few rounds following Eric at events.  On one round I walked away on the 8th hole after he missed an approach, landed it on the wrong tier and threw a fit.  Impossible to say where the reaction came from. 

I've also spent time with him after he's signed his card at an event and had extensive talks while I've choked back the tears of how tough this guy is in the toughest game of all.  Only two people know what went down and I'd bet they are both feeling regret.
