Ya, it looks like half block but that location is insane.

 

NYers will follow me but the location on East 42nd right next to grand central and with Park Ave, 5th Ave, and Madison Ave is WAYYYYY more upscale (in a corporate sense) than over in Times Square. The Times Square area is very good these days but this spot they are at will make all the difference to attracting both tourists and the best corporate crowd.
