Worst swing on Tour

Who has the worst swing on Tour? This applies for men and women.

Worst can be defined as ugly or just downright bad. 

Lexi Thompson can 100% kick my a** on the course but her swing is atrocious. I've never seen someone finish with their club pointing in the air. 

**Some of you are showing 3/4 finishes, which is fair, but I'm talking about her full swing with the driver

Matt Wolff gets my vote. It’s a sight to behold but I can’t consider it good.

There are probably uglier swings but I agree. She also comes in super steep and just hammers the leading edge into the turf. I'm shocked she hasn't had major wrist issues. 

 

Special mention to Furyk and Wolff. Beautiful impact positions but the backswings just look uncomfortable.

He has the permanent look of someone who's been challenged to hit a high fade with a 1-iron with his feet together.

Looks like an all arms 10 handicap. Forgot about Webb good call!

 

Not a huge fan of Speith's action not so much the look but the inconsistency. I feel like he's going to snap hook a tee shot at any moment.

That's a great way to describe it lol. Simpson always leads the pack for me in terms of "bad swings" for a combination of reasons. Like I get the Matt Wolff/Jim Furyk sorts of mentions, but there are so many underlying solid fundamentals that are enviable IMO that it reframes my definition of "bad swing" and I stop seeing the superficially goofy stuff as "bad". But Simpson just stays bad from the top down for me, hah. I get *why* he can play at that level, but it just feels to me like everything is hanging on by a thread with him. His swing requires so much "hand" to work and for some reason his already shaky looking core fundamentals have gotten a lot worse in the last couple years. This video highlights it well....dude has some full on 15hdc moves happening these days and i'm kinda baffled.

I don’t love DeChambeau's swing, but obviously it works. I love the visual reminders that chasing the way a swing looks is a wasted effort, because I don’t think my swing is pretty either. My swing is short and quick-tempo like Rahm (although of course I don't have anything on the same planet as his consistency or results) and I get comments on my swing all the time. A nice long swing with smooth tempo looks good... but look doesn't really matter.
