Fred Funk, circa 2005.  He shot a 71 when the field averaged closer to 77.

Tiger, 2001.  Vijay went in the water, sealing the deal for The Tiger.  I believe that was better than most.

I never understood why he doesn’t bag a strong 2 iron on a regular basis.  He is such a tremendous ball striker I feel like a driving iron would be such a weapon for him off the tee…

I wonder if he ever looked into a mini driver, or essentially a 2 wood. Some of his drives today seem be somewhat on the edge, 18 he went in, just took a drop on 7. 16 hit through the fairway. He understands it far more than more so who am I question I guess.
