Are you going to upgrade your G400 fairway woods to G410?

Wondering if you think there is much benefit to upgrade your G400 fairway woods to the new G410 fairway woods?

Your thoughts?

So, at first I thought yes. But the G410 hybrids are so good that, with their adjustability, I may add a 2 hybrid and loft down to replace my 4w.

It's going to be a no for me. I don't see much difference between the two to warrant an upgrade. I might actually go to the F9 Tour though.

Yeah, definitely going to check out the hybrids and woods. I'd like to flatten out the lie angle, as the clubs can be hook machines at times.

Thinkin I will stay the course wit the 400. It is good enough that it is difficult to justify the 400 bucks. I say this now...

I love that Ping went with the flatter lie setting with their new sleeve. Every other manufacturer seem to only have draw settings.

I've got the Ping G400 SFT fairways (3, 5 and 7) and am very happy with these clubs. I will go to some of the local demo days this spring to see if the new G410 SFTs are a noticeable improvement over the models I currently bag. If so, then I'll probably upgrade ... if not, then I'll probably be keeping these clubs for the upcoming golf season. For full disclosure, I'm also looking forward to hitting the new Cobra F9 fairways this spring, as well, as they've also been getting some good publicity this winter.

I can't wait to try the LST 3-wood. The G400 3-wood just spun too much for me. An open face Ping hybrid sounds great too.

If you need less spin then it is a no brainer. The fairways are the best I have ever hit and the true champion of the G410 release...

just picked up a G400 stretch on discount, so no. G410 design doesn't appeal to me, even if there are improvements for 'me'.

No gonna stick with the G400 woods really do not see a good reason to go with the 410 at this time.

Won't get a G410, but I may get a g400 3w now that they are going on clearance.

I just got my F9 woods in. They look incredible, wayyy better than they look online. The matte color is much more black than gray, same with the face. They are easily some of the best looking woods I've ever had in the bag. They just look mean.

Probably this time next year when they go on close out.

Perfect example of taking things out of context. You missed a whole word prior to weightless.

I won't upgrade. I don't see the flat lie angles in the G410 as a big deal because the G400 in the small - or + is around 2 degrees flat and about 0.7 flat in the big +/-

When they show up on Callaway Pre-Owned with 15% or 20% off ...

Don't play the G400 Fairways, But I will be replacing my Apex Hybrids with the 410s, starting with the #3 slot.

The 410's were just soooo easy to hit and don't have a giant footprint or an extra hot face.

Got fitted by ping for a driver recently and at the end of an hr long session they let me hit the 410 Hyb for a while and it was just really consistent both distance wise and dispersion.

No "rocket balls" like I'd seen from the latest Cally models ( Rogue especially )

Not sure how new adapter works. What happens to loft and face angle when you set to flatter lie?
